Gretchen J. Berg has served as an executive producer, showrunner, and co-showrunner, known for her work on Revenge (2011), Mercy (2009), Pushing Daisies (2007), Reign (2013), and GCB (2012). A native of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, Berg moved to Los Angeles after graduating from Northwestern University, where she met her writing partner, Aaron Harberts. After a spec script they wrote grabbed the attention of Beverly Hills, 90210 (1990)'s showrunner, their writing careers took off. Harberts and Berg have worked together for over 20 years. They are known for their blended tone of comedy and drama, as seen on Pepper Dennis (2006) and Pushing Daisies. Their work has earned them a Peabody Award Nomination, Saturn Award, Logo's NewNowNext Award, and a GLAAD Award Nomination. Berg lives in Los Angeles, California.
