Image
Love is in the air in London courtesy of Moncler.

The luxury fashion brand has tapped real life couple Brooklyn and Nicola Peltz Beckham to star in its pre-fall 2025 campaign. Titled “London, A Love Affair,” the new campaign features the couple “as they explore the historic streets of the city where they first proclaimed their love for each other,” per Moncler.

The latest installment follows Moncler’s previous city-based campaigns from Madrid featuring actor Joaquín Furriel, Paris featuring French actor Arnaud Binard and daughter Maya Rose, and New York with Penn Badgley. The Beckhams, who have been in the news a lot as of late, said in a joint statement that they were excited about the opportunity to shoot the campaign in London when Moncler officials suggested it.

Suits LA Star Lines Up Their Next Major TV Show Less Than 2 Months After NBC Canceled The Legal Drama
Image
Two months after the cancellation of Suits LA, one of its stars has landed a major role. Led by Arrow star Stephen Amell, with original series creator Aaron Korsh returning to spearhead the spinoff, Suits LA turned its attention to the world of entertainment law and put former prosecutor Ted Black right at the center of the action.

Amell was joined by Lex Scott Davis, Bryan Greenberg, Maggie Grace, Tim Winbush, Alice Lee, and Azita Ghanizada, but the new focus and the overall new characters did not continue the revived momentum that the original found on streaming. Suits LA season 2 was axed by NBC in May, owing to the legal drama's weak ratings and the network's shifting priorities.

Deadline confirms that Bryan Greenberg has joined Emily in Paris season 5. The actor, who played Rick Dodsen on the Suits spinoff, will play the recurring role of Jake in the hit Netflix romantic dramedy.

Bryan Greenberg (Suits LA) has joined the cast as recurring, playing Jake, an American living in Paris. Also set to recur in Season 5 is French actress Michèle Laroque (Better Days) who will play Yvette, an old friend of Sylvie’s (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu). Jake and Yvette are two of the three known new recurring characters that will be introduced next season, along with previously announced Princess Jane, played by Minnie Driver.

Additionally, confirmed to return for Season 5 are Paul Forman, who has been recurring since Season 3 as businessman, heir and Mindy’s love interest Nico, as well as Arnaud Binard, who has recurred since Season 2 as Sylvie’s husband Laurent G.

Emily in Paris' First-Ever Villain Is Coming Back For More
Image
Emily in Paris season 5 is currently filming, and the actress who portrayed the Netflix hit show's first-ever villain will be back in the new season. Emily in Paris season 4 upended Emily Cooper's (Lily Collins) status quo by moving her to Rome to head up Agence Grateau's new Italian office. Emily in Paris season 5 began filming in Rome before moving production back to France.

Varietyreports that Thalia Besson, who played "sexy and deceitful antagonist Geneviève" in Emily in Paris season 4, is confirmed to return for season 5. According to Variety, Emily Cooper’s new Italian love interest, Marcello (Eugenio Franceschini), as well as her ex-boyfriends, Gabriel (Lucas Bravo) and Alfie (Lucien Laviscount) will also return, while another male character will join Emily in Paris season 5. Not returning, however, is Camille Razat, who played Camille in Emily in Paris seasons 1-4.

Thalia Besson's Genevieve In Emily In Paris Explained
Lily Collins in Emily in Paris (2020)
Emily in Paris season 4, part 2 has viewers wondering more about the newly introduced Genevive and the actor who plays her, Thalia Besson. For the most part, Emily in Paris' cast of characters didn't change too much in the fourth outing. Aside from Genevive, Laurent G's (Arnaud Binard) daughter, Emily's new love interest, Marcello Muratori (Eugenio Franceschini), was the biggest addition to the rom-com's ensemble. Given Emily in Paris season 4, part 2's ending, it seems like both Genevive and Marcello will have even more significant roles in the show's fifth season.

In the wake of a devastating breakup with Gabriel (Lucas Bravo), Emily (Lily Collins) tries even harder to keep her personal and professional lives separate. Although that seems to work for a little while, Marcello's family business, the Umberto Muratori cashmere company, complicates things. With Sylvie's encouragement, Emily winds up pitching the Agence Grateau marketing form to the Muratori family.

Emily In Paris Season 4 New Cast & Returning Character Guide
Image
Before watching Emily in Paris season 4, part 2, even long-time viewers may need a quick refresher on the show's cast of characters, especially those who are returning for Emily Cooper's (Lily Collins) latest comedic adventure, which takes her from Paris to Rome. Created by Darren Star (Sex and the City), Emily in Paris sees its titular character moving from Chicago to France to provide an American point of view to a French marketing firm. Initially hired on as a temporary social media strategist, Emily butts heads with her bitter, no-nonsense boss, Sylvie (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu).

Anticipation for Emily in Paris season 4's ending couldn't be higher after part 1's cliffhanger ending, which left the love triangle between Emily, Gabriel (Lucas Bravo), and Camille (Camille Razat) far from resolved. There are many things to remember about Emily in Paris' previous seasons, but, most importantly, Camille is keeping her false-positive pregnancy a secret from Gabriel,...

Image
Spoilers are ahead for Emily in Paris season 4, part 2.

Emily in Paris season 4, part 2's ending sets up a huge upheaval for the show's fifth outing by shifting Emily Cooper's (Lily Collins) professional endeavors from Paris to Rome, Italy. The season may pick up where Emily in Paris season 4, part 1's ending leaves off, but it winds up in a totally different place. Over Christmas, Emily breaks things off with Gabriel (Lucas Bravo), creating a rift between the two characters that seeps into the finale. After finally receiving his long-awaited Michelin star, Gabriel calls Emily, who's away in Rome with her new beau, Marcello (Eugenio Franceschini).

Marcello is also the heir to his family business a business known for making the world's finest cashmere clothing and accessories. Sylvie (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu), who spends the first half of the season looking after Laurent G's (Arnaud Binard) daughter, Genevieve (Thalia Besson), wants...

Who Plays Sylvie's Mom In Emily In Paris Season 4
Image
Mild spoilers ahead for Emily in Paris season 4, part 1.

Sylvie's mother, Heloise, appears in Emily in Paris season 4, part 1, episode 4, "The Grey Area." Heloise, who owned Paris' hottest nightclub in the '70s, is played by French actress Liliane Rovre. Known for her love of jazz, Rovre's role as the so-called "Queen of the Night" is a fun ode to her real-life interests.

In Emily in Paris season 4, part 1, viewers finally meet Sylvie's (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu) mother in the fourth episode, "The Grey Area," prompting folks to wonder more about the actress who plays Heloise. The fourth season doesn't add too many new faces to Emily in Paris' cast of characters, with the majority of the drama unfolding between Camille (Camille Razat), Gabriel (Lucas Bravo), and other pre-existing personalities. Picking up from Emily in Paris season 3's cliffhanger ending, a pregnant Camille jilts Gabriel at the altar, which leaves Emily...

The Best Emily in Paris Love Story Doesn't Involve Lily Collins' Character
Image
Emily in Paris follows the romantic escapades of Emily, but Sylvie's love story with Laurent steals the show. Sylvie's marriage to Laurent is unconventional, enduring, and characterized by mutual respect and support. Fans hope Sylvie and Laurent's love will last, showcasing their professional synergy and deep connection.

Emily in Paris centers around the title character, played by Lily Collins, a young woman from New York who moves to Paris on assignment for her job in marketing. Falling in love with the city and the energy, she decides to stay. But she falls in love with much more as well. She has a torrid affair with a handsome (but taken) man named Gabriel (Lucas Bravo), then falls for her fellow French language class student Alfie (Lucien Laviscount) as well. Despite the romance (or lust?) that surrounds Emily at every turn, her relationships are overshadowed by a far sweeter love story from another character.

‘Emily in Paris’ Season 3 Recap: What To Remember For Season 4
Image
Several loose threads at the end of Emily in Paris Season 3 will feature more prominently in Season 4 Part 1 of Darren Star’s Netflix series.

As the ensemble cast of Emily Cooper (Lily Collins), Sylvie Grateau (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu), Mindy Chen (Ashley Park), Gabriel (Lucas Bravo), Camille (Camille Razat), Alfie (Lucien Laviscount) and more come back together for the fourth installment of the soapy Netflix show, viewers may be wondering what happened in Season 3 of Emily in Paris. The ten-episode third season came out at the end of 2022, and the fourth season was delayed by the double strikes in Hollywood.

A recap of what to remember ahead of the first half of Emily in Paris Season 4 awaits below.

Business Decisions

At the beginning of Season 3, Emily faced the tough choice between staying on at Savoir under the Gilbert Group with a very pregnant Madeline (Kate Walsh) or jumping ship for Sylvie’s new group – Agence Grateau.

‘Emily in Paris’ Season 4: Sparks Fly, Tensions Rise in First-Look Images

Emily, Mindy, Gabriel, Camille, Sylvie, Luc, Julien and — yes — Alfie are all back in Emily in Paris‘ season four first-look images.

The Netflix series will premiere in two, five-episode installments, with part one being released on Aug. 15 and part two on Sept. 12. It joins another of the streamer’s recent shows to be split into two parts: Bridgerton season three.

Emily in Paris season four picks up after the dramatic events of Camille (Camille Razat) and Gabriel’s (Lucas Bravo) wedding, with Emily (Lily Collins) reeling as she has strong feelings for two men: Gabriel and Alfie (Lucien Laviscount), according to Netflix. But with Gabriel expecting a baby with Camille and Alfie’s worst fears coming to life about Emily and Gabriel, things are not ideal for the main character.

‘Emily in Paris’ Star Arnaud Binard Talks About the Show’s ‘Dreamy’ Depiction of the French Capital
Image
Arnaud Binard, who plays Laurent in the Netflix series “Emily in Paris,” shared his thoughts on the show during the Monte-Carlo Television Festival.

He praised the show’s creator for going beyond the surface and exploring deeper themes. “I think the incredible talent of Darren Star is to transcend all the things you would call clichés into something very substantial, into something very human. And at the end of the day, the show is going a little bit further,” Binard said.

The actor joined the show in its second season due to scheduling conflicts during the first season.

The series has often been praised for its dreamy portrayal of Paris, depicting the city in a vision that is both artistic and somewhat surreal. Binard acknowledges this, stating that the show presents a perspective that may not reflect reality entirely. “It’s a vision, not artificial but a dreamy way of seeing Paris.

Series Mania Welcomes ‘Succession’ Star Brian Cox, Spoofs ‘The Crown,’ Teases ‘Garbage in Paris’

French TV festival Series Mania started out playfully with a slew of humorous digs directed at its starry guests during the opening ceremony, including Brian Cox, back in town to hold a masterclass and introduce the latest episode of his smash hit “Succession.”

Series Mania general director Laurence Herszberg joined in on the fun, giving a shoutout to “Emily in Paris’s” Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu, attending with co-star Arnaud Binard: “She became a symbol of a Parisian woman. I hope there isn’t too much weight on your shoulders, Philippine!”

1 Emily In Paris Season 3 Detail Makes Sylvie’s Marriage More Confusing
Image
Emily in Paris season 3 features former Savoir chief marketing officer, Sylvie Grateau (Philippine Leroy-Beaulieu), and her estranged husband, Laurent G (Arnaud Binard), act like a real couple since their complicated relationship was fleshed out in Emily in Paris season 2. Sylvie has, arguably, one of the most intriguing relationships showcased in Netflix’s hit rom-com series, Emily in Paris. Being married to the Saint-Tropez nightclub owner but living a life on her own as head of a luxury marketing firm with hotshot side pieces here and there, it seems that Sylvie has it all, but not everything is as it seems.

Revisiting Sylvie and Laurent’s complex marriage, Emily in Paris season 3 adds flavor to their arrangement. Despite Sylvie and Laurent not having really been husband and wife for a while, they still find ways to pull through for one another. In Emily In Paris season 3, episode 4, Sylvie’s having trouble...

“Emily in Paris” will have a lot more of Lucien Laviscount in Season 3. The actor has been upped to series regular, the streamer announced Sunday.

Additionally, creator Darren Star confirmed that the next season will begin production this summer.

Few shows exploded on such a love-it-or-hate-it level during the pandemic in 2020 as “Emily in Paris,” the Lily Collins—starring romance series from “Sex and the City” and “Younger” creator Darren Star. The series struck out with critics (IndieWire’s Kristen Lopez awarded the show a D grade in her review) but became a viral sensation on social media, thanks in part to “Sex and the City” costume designer Patricia Field’s designs and many of the show’s ludicrous plot elements (look no further than Emily’s insane viral Instagram posts). To the shock of many, “Emily in Paris” picked up Best Comedy Series nominations at both the Golden Globes and the Primetime Emmy Awards. Now the show is returning as confident and shameless as ever for Season 2 in December.

Netflix’s official synopsis for “Emily in Paris” Season 2 reads: “Now more entrenched in her life in Paris, Emily...

Emily Cooper's life is more complicated than ever on Emily in Paris Season 2.

Netflix on Thursday dropped a full-length trailer for the new season, set to premiere Wednesday, December 22.

Emily is still trying to come to terms with her relationship with Gabriel, and with Cami circling for answers, it leads to more complicated dynamics than before.

“I need to explain myself,” Emily says to Mindy of a dreaded conversation with Cami.

While Emily is struggling, Sylvie is more vocal than ever about her making mistakes while she's abroad.

“While you’re here, fall in love,” Sylvie urges.

“Make mistakes. If you’re gonna do Paris for one year, for God’s sake, do it right.”

“Now more entrenched in her life in Paris, Emily’s getting better at navigating the city but still struggling with the idiosyncrasies of French life,” according to the official Season 2 logline.

“After stumbling into a...

Emily in Paris is having difficulty forgetting about the night of passion she shared with hot neighbor Gabriel in a newly released trailer for Season 2 (premiering Wednesday, Dec. 22 on Netflix), and can you blame her? Their steamy hookup definitely left a lasting impression, so much so that Gabriel decided not to move to Normandy.

But now his ex-girlfriend Cami — who is also Emily’s gal pal — is suspicious about Gabriel’s reasons for staying in Paris. “I need to explain myself,” Emily insists to her friend Mindy.

Emily in Paris Season 2 Spoilers: Meet Emily's New Love Interest!
Lucien Laviscount
A Katy Keene alum is leaving New York in favor of Paris.

According to TV Line, Lucien Laviscount is joining the cast of Emily in Paris Season 2.

And, if you thought it was going to be smooth sailing for Emily and Gabriel, we have some bad news.

Laviscount’s Alfie has been set as a major new love interest for the titular character.

While they’re hardly friends at the beginning of the season, Emily and Alfie grow closer as the sophomore season progresses.

Does this mean the end of Emily and Gabriel? We don’t know.

Emily in Paris Season 1 wrapped with Emily getting a message from Gabriel’s ex, Camille, saying that they need to talk.

Part of the allure of the first season was the budding romance between Emily and Gabriel, but it’s likely they will be very much apart when the series picks up.

DVD Review: ID:a
ID:a

Stars: Tuva Novotny, Flemming Enevold, Carsten Bjørnlund, Arnaud Binard, John Buijsman, Rogier Philipoom, Jens Jørn Spottag | Written by Tine Krull Petersen | Directed by Christian E. Christiansen

In a trend started off by the likes of Girl with the Dragon Tattoo, European thrillers seem to be quite popular right now, and of course very remarkable for the lazy people who don’t want to read subtitles. ID:a is a Danish thriller that is likely to attempt to get the same type of attention as the Millennium trilogy and show itself off as a gritty European thriller.

ID:a starts off with a woman waking up injured by a river, she has no idea how she got there or who she is, all she knows is that she’s being hunted down and that she’s carrying a lot of money. Travelling into the city she soon finds herself pulled back into...

[DVD Review] A l'aventure
In my very short (so far) life, I have seen a lot of things I really didn’t want to. Women who wear purses that look like dead puppies, people who don’t understand that belts keep you from exposing yourself, and leggings paired with tops that don’t cover camel toe are among the things I see every day living in New York City. And yet, all of these things are preferable, nay, more artfully done that Jean-Claude Brisseau’s A l’aventure.

The third film in Brisseau’s trilogy focusing on female sexuality and erotic ecstasy, the film stars Carole Brana as Sandrine, a woman stuck in a sexual rut, so to speak. She meets a taxi driver at a party who verbally introduces her to all new ideas about how sexuality is a prison and bras are meant for support, and a whole bunch more rambling nonsense until she encounters Gregory.
