Exclusive Video: Filmmakers Talk The Square
Australian actor Joel Edgerton is best known to audiences in the United States as the young Owen Lars, stepbrother to Anakin and future Uncle to Luke Skywalker in Star Wars: Episode II - Attack of the Clones and Star Wars: Episode III - Revenge of the Sith. In fact, Edgerton's own brother, Nash, was actually the stunt double for Ewan McGregor, who played Obi-Wan Kenobi in the prequel trilogy. But now Nash has moved into the director's chair with a script written by Joel in the new Australian neo-noir thriller, The Square, opening in theaters on April 9th and featuring Joel in a supporting role. We recently had a chance to sit down with Joel and Nash Edgerton to discuss their new film; it's intriguing plot, interesting characters and what it's like to collaborate with your own brother.
