Andrew (Colton Little) and Paul (Sean Christopher) are just like any other couple on Days. Their lives are filled with family drama—if you think too hard, they’re technically related, but so is everyone else in Salem, so it’s no big deal, action and adventure—are you even a Days couple if you haven’t chased criminals together, and, finally, the big, splashy wedding.

And, oh, yeah, they’re both guys. But, so what? They are treated like any other Salem pairing. And that’s a good thing.

Actor Drake Hogysten died from pancreatic cancer on September 28, 2024 at the age of 70 years. They wrote him off a hero, and kept referring to him on-screen as being away. But now, they’re saying John is coming home. Which is a stake to the heart for fans who know that will never, ever happen now.

When Gary J. Tunnicliffe waxes lyrical on the Hellraiser series, it’s worth standing up and taking notice.

Now on the verge of its tenth instalment, Hellraiser: Judgment, Tunnicliffe recently appeared on the latest episode of The Movie Crypt podcast (h/t Bloody Disgusting), in which the series veteran and frequent make-up artist teased some of the brutal horrors in store.

Directing from his own script, Hellraiser: Judgment is very much a passion project for Tunnicliffe, who told hosts Adam Green and Joe Lynch that he’s never had as much fun – nor has he worked so hard – during the production of Judgment. And yes, the end product will be fluent in scares and gruesome deaths.

I had the most fun on that I’ve ever had, and I’ve never worked so hard on a Hellraiser film, but we had a great time. We did two sequences where… one the actress almost passed out…...

Stephen King's Pet Sematary is coming back to the movies...

In a year when the majority of Stephen King movie adaptations are striking gold, Paramount Pictures is getting another one moving. This time, it’s the long-under-discussion remake of Pet Sematary, for which the studio has finally appointed directors.

Kevin Kolsch and Dennis Widmyer (Starry Eyes) have landed the job, and they’re going to be working from a screenplay by Matt Greenberg and David Kajganich. Other directors who were in the frame for the job, incidentally, were Johannes Roberts and Sean Carter.

No release date has been announced for the project yet, but it seems logical that – with King adaptations very much in favour – it’d want to get things moving relatively quickly. As we hear more, we’ll let you know…

On Wednesday, the "Formation" singer casually broke the news on Instagram that she and Jay Z are not just welcoming one but two new siblings for 5-year-old Blue Ivy Carter.

Earlier this month, we reported that the Hellraiser movie is shooting soon, entitled Hellraiser: Judgement. This is not the Hellraiser remake that is bringing original director Clive Barker back to the franchise, but the 10th chapter in the ongoing saga that already exists. The sequel is now confirmed to be titled Hellraiser: Judgement, with some calling it Hellraiser X: Judgement, which has make-up artist extraordinaire Gary J. Tunnicliffe confirmed to direct. Today we have a new report from Bloody-Disgusting, which confirms several new cast members, including the new Pinhead, played by Paul T. Taylor.

Paul T. Taylor is set to play the new Pinhead, with other new cast members including Heather Langenkamp as the "chain-smoking Landlady," Damon Carney as Detective Sean Carter, Randy Wayne as Detective David Carter and Alexandra Harris as Detective Christine Egerton. Before we get to even more new casting additions, the site also offered some plot details.

It turns out the rumors are true, and Beyonce Knowles and Jay Z are teaming up for a much-anticipated summer outing.

Under the On The Run Tour moniker, the “Crazy in Love” singer and her “99 Problems” rapper hubby will kick things off in Miami, Florida on June 25th and wrap it up on August 5th in San Francisco.

Jay and Bey’s press release reads, “300 Million Records Worldwide. 36 Grammys. 2 Philanthropists. 1 Tour. 1 Stage. This Summer.”

Furthermore, the tour will raise money for both Knowles’ #BeyGood organization and the Sean Carter Foundation- "On The Run: Beyonce and Jay Z, in partnership with #BeyGOOD, will donate $1 from every ticket purchased to the Shawn Carter Foundation to support students. Additionally, a portion of the proceeds from each Chase Lounge VIP Ticket Package will also be donated to The Shawn Carter Foundation,” notes the release.

He was all set to kick off his “A New York Holiday” collaboration with Barneys, but now Jay Z has been forced to back out of the gig.

Originally scheduled for this Wednesday (November 20), the shindig will not go on due to “unforeseen circumstances.”

A spokesperson for the Shawn Carter Foundation declined to give any specifics surrounding the cancellation, but did note that the partnership is still intact.

Barneys was accused of racial profiling when two different shoppers claimed the staff treated them poorly because they are African-American.

After much speculation, debate and one major rule change, Jay-z's "Magna Carta Holy Grail" has officially gone platinum. The Recording Industry Association of America awarded Jay-z his 12th platinum plaque on Tuesday. With titles like The Purge and You're Next getting a lot of attention in Hollywood lately, it was only a matter of time before more home invasion themed movies got announced. Enter Home Invasion from director Sean Carter, who'll be working from a script by Joseph Dembner.

Joel Silver will be producing the film, which tells the tale of a family trapped in their own home by a group of strangers; mysteries to their imprisonment become more and more clear as the night goes on. Voltage Pictures is teaming up with Joel Silver’s Zinc Entertainment to fund the aptly named horror flick, Home Invasion. The home invasion subgenre of horror is gaining in popularity, as The Purge and You’Re Next’s impending release attests.

While the plot is being kept a secret, the title of the film paints a pretty clear picture of what it’s going to be about. According to Deadline, “the story involves a family imprisoned in their own home by intruders who play a life-and-death game in which the mysterious rules become clear as the night unfolds.”

The script comes from Joseph Dembner, and will be directed by Sean Carter. Joel Silver, Andrew Rona and Silver Pictures’ Alex Heineman will produce, along with Voltage Pictures’ Nicolas Chartier and Craig Flores.

Exclusive: Voltage Pictures has committed to finance Home Invasion, a thriller developed by Silver Pictures’ low budget label Zinc entertainment. The plot is being kept under wraps, but the title offers clues aplenty. I’m told the story involves a family imprisoned in their own home by intruders who play a life-and-death game in which the mysterious rules become clear as the night unfolds. The script was written by neophyte Joseph Dembner and will be directed by first-timer Sean Carter. After hatching the concept with Silver Pictures’ Alex Heineman, Dembner wrote the screenplay on spec. Joel Silver, Andrew Rona and Heineman will produce. After the Home Invasion script was turned in, those producers shot a test scene which Carter directed and then shopped it. The 41-year-old hip-hop mogul hosted a charity carnival in NYC for the Sean Carter Foundation with his wife, and told E! News and other reporters how happy he has been lately and could not wait for the baby's arrival.
