Jaime Casillas was born on 19 December 1936 in San Miguel el Alto, Jalisco, Mexico. He was a writer and director, known for Memoriales perdidos (1985), Chicano (1976) and Pasajeros en transito (1978). He died on 2 April 2008 in Mexico City, Distrito Federal, Mexico.
