Erika Jayne is publicly addressing estranged husband Tom Girardi‘s prison sentence for the first time.

Earlier this month, the 86-year-old disgraced lawyer was sentenced to seven years in prison after he was found guilty of “embezzling millions of dollars from former clients.” He was also ordered to pay $2.3 million in restitution to his victims.

While appearing on the Diamonds in the Rough podcast on Friday (June 13), the 53-year-old Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star reacted to Tom‘s prison sentence.

Tom Girardi, husband of Real Housewives star Erika Jayne, has been sentenced to prison.

Girardi, 86, is a lawyer based in California, most notable for inspiring the Erin Brockovich story. In August 2024, he was accused of embezzling millions of dollars from his clients.

Now, he has been sentenced to 7 years and 3 months in prison and must pay $2,310,247 in restitution along with a $35,000 fine. The sentencing was handed down in a Los Angeles courthouse by Judge Josephine L. Staton.

Girardi has also been ordered to surrender himself to federal authorities by July 17.

The charges were filed against him after multiple clients came forward, including survivors from a 2010 gas pipeline explosion and victims of a 2018 Lion Air collision.

A familiar face from Bravo’s past is picking up a diamond. Fashion stylist and entrepreneur Rachel Zoe confirmed on Instagram that she will join “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills” when cameras roll for season 15, calling the move “the perfect time to come back to TV.”

Rachel Zoe is set to join the cast of The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills Season 15 in her return to Bravo.

The stylist is the newest addition to Rhobh in the long-running reality series.

Zoe is not a new personality to Bravo as she starred in The Rachel Zoe Project for five seasons on the network. The reality series premiered in 2008 and ended in 2013 after 38 episodes.

The latest season of Rhobh featured Kyle Richards, Erika Jayne, Dorit Kemsley, Garcelle Beauvais, Sutton Stracke, and Bozoma Saint John. Kathy Hilton and Jennifer Tilly were also featured as friends of the cast.

Following the conclusion of Season 14, Beauvais announced she was leaving the show after five seasons, after falling out with the cast during the reunion.

The estranged husband of Real Housewives star Erika Jayne was found guilty of “embezzling millions of dollars from former clients” and has also been ordered to pay $2.3 million in restitution to his victims, according to NBC News.

In addition to his prison sentence and restitution requirement, Girardi will also have to pay for $35,000 fine.

Girardi, who turned 86 today, was ordered to surrender to begin his prison sentence on July 17. He also was directed to pay more than $2.3 million in restitution and fines.

The sentencing came a day after U.S. District Judge Josephine Staton said that despite Girardi’s age-related dementia, she would sentence him to prison rather than placement in a long-term care facility. More on that below.

After “The Masked Singer” wraps up its “Lucky Season 13” on Wednesday night, Fox is giving the show a bit of a breather. The network is set to unveil a fall schedule on Monday that won’t include the hit singing competition for the first time in several years — saving Season 14 until January 2026.

The news will also be revealed on Wednesday night’s finale. Per a network statement, “Among Fox’s most enduring signature shows is The Masked Singer with a truly devoted fanbase. This juggernaut will return next year for Season 14 as it takes midseason by storm with a spectacular, super-charged new season.”

The network added that the decision to hold off on the new season until January “is a strategic move to give ample runway for America’s favorite guessing game. and allow us to creatively look at enhancing the show with the biggest names at the center of it.

Exclusive: The Masked Singer has been renewed after producing an incredible 13 seasons and more than 170 episodes since it launched on Fox in January 2019.

This included a number of seasons produced under strict Covid protocols with the music competition guessing game, which has aired one season at the start of the year and one in the fall, never missing a run throughout the pandemic.

However, Deadline understands that this is about to change with the show eschewing its traditional fall 2025 season and planning to return for Season 14 in January.

The news comes as the Season 13 finale is set to air tonight. This season has featured the likes of Cedric the Entertainer, Oscar De La Hoya, Aubrey O’Day, Scheana Shay, Flavor Flav, James Van Der Beek, Candace Cameron Bure, Method Man, Erika Jayne, Matthew Lawrence and Edwin McCain.
