- In July 2012, Kristin Chenoweth was severely injured on the set of "The Good Wife" when a gust of wind blew a lighting silk, causing a lighting rig to strike her in the head. She sustained a skull fracture, cracked ribs, and damage to her teeth, nose, and neck. She was hospitalized and subsequently left her recurring role on the show to focus on her recovery. Chenoweth has spoken about the accident, revealing ongoing struggles with pain and recalling how it impacted her physically and mentally.
