Rolando Chávez was born on 18 April 1919 in Resistencia, Chaco, Argentina. He was an actor, known for El morocho del Abasto: La vida de Carlos Gardel (1950), Muchacho (1970) and Al sur del paralelo 42 (1955). He was married to Marta Schmidt de Cochia. He died on 11 April 1995 in Ciudad de Buenos Aires, Argentina.
