He acted in Gogol's play, "The Government Inspector," at the Old Vic Theatre in an Old Vic Company production with Ian Richardson, Hugh Sullivan, Trevor Martin, Ralph Michael, Ronnie Stevens, Steven Beard, Barbara Jefford, Maroussia Frank, and Michael Thomas in the cast. Toby Robertson and Christopher Selbie were directors.
