Christmas on Mistletoe Farm is a children’s Netflix Christmas movie written and directed by Debbie Isitt starring Scott Garnham, Scott Paige, Kathryn Drysdale and Delilah O’Riordan.

An addition to the Christmas-themed catalogue that will entertain many a kid as they look forward to Yuletide.

Premise

A widower, father to four children, relocates together with his offspring to the countryside having inherited a farm. Life on the farm will require some adapting.

Christmas on Mistletoe Farm (2022) Movie Review

Without losing ourselves in cinematic criteria, we will point out that ‘Christmas in Mistletoe Farm’ is produced with the sole objective of being an uncomplicated feature for the young ones to enjoy the joy of the ever-nearing Christmas season, and get to see what life is like beyond the big city, where animals are ever present and amusing, and there are wonderful people everywhere.

No harm in that. They will have a...

‘3 Demons’ Review
Image
Stars: Sherryl Despres, Peter Tell, Laura Golinski, Haley Heslip, Zoe Cunningham, Jovonnah Nicholson | Written and Directed by Matt Cunningham

3 Demons is writer/director Matt Cunningham’s latest release after delivering one of last year’s better surprises, The Spore. That was a low-budget science-fiction/horror hybrid with great effects but whose episodic storyline kept it from reaching its full potential. This is a pandemic shot supernatural tale that he’s referred to as a “Lynchian possession movie” and backed up with a trailer that oozes Evil Dead influences.

Dr. Sawyer is interviewing James Fisher (Peter Tell; The Spore) in his prison cell as part of a psychiatric evaluation. A former cop, he was assigned to babysit the corpse of Matya Abelman (Laura Golinski).

She was found in a circle of stones in front of a remote cabin. The family and their lawyer were quite adamant that there was to be...

Screamfest ’11: P.J. Pettiette talks Julia X 3D
Not only did I get to experience the 3D coolness of Julia X 3D at Screamfest on Sunday, but I also got the chance to talk with the film’s writer/director P.J. Pettiette at the black carpet!

Adam Cray: How did you become involved with Julia X 3D?

P.J. Pettiette: My producing partner Claudie Viguerie and I did a picture in Argentina, then a picture I produced in Ireland, so I was looking for something to direct. I had this story idea and I thought “Well, what’s scary to me? Not supernatural.” There are a lot of films and I thought “I’ve done that” so with this one I thought: “If I were a woman and I was on an internet date and I got abducted, I’d be kind of scared…What if I was the woman that got abducted and I turned out to be a serial killer too?...
