Claudio Masciulli

Vittorio Claudio Masciulli was born in Villamagna Italy and
emigrated to Canada on the boat Saturna to Halifax Nova Scotia on
November 1955. Claudio played professional ice hockey in Europe before
meeting Donald Sutherland in Montreal in the Summer of 1977. Mr
Sutherland suggested that Claudio Masciulli decide to study and become
a professional actor. Claudio took up the gauntlet and had studies with
second city in Edmonton Alberta and also with Mark Schoenberg. Mark
suggested that Claudio go to North Carolina and work in outdoor drama,
which he did, doing shows in Ohio, North Carolina and New Jersey.
In 1987 Claudio was asked to join the famous Williamson Theatre
Company. He was involved in the 50th anniversary of the groups theatre
production of Golden Boy directed by Joanne Woodward. Claudio resides
in Toronto Canada and pursues film and television work. One highlight
was shooting gle undesirables on the same lot =cinecitta in Rome Italy
that Donald Sutherland was working when he met actor back in 1977.
