Mary Dees was born on 3 June 1911 in Tuscaloosa, Alabama, USA. She was an actress. She was married to Cornelius William Foster. She died on 4 August 2004 in Lake Worth, Florida, USA.
Dees had been Jean Harlow's stand-in in two movies before being hired as
a double for Harlow in Saratoga (1937). She had a higher-pitched
voice than Harlow, so a second double was hired to do the voice of the
character.
