TV actor Ana Ortiz has expressed her excitement about the possibility of reunions for two popular shows that shaped her career: “Ugly Betty” and “Devious Maids.”

While promoting her part in Disney+’s “Goosebumps” on Bravo’s “Watch What Happens Live,” Ortiz talked about the ongoing talks for a reunion special of “Ugly Betty.”

The actress emphasized the close relationships that still tie together the “Ugly Betty” group members. “People have been talking a lot about having a reunion special for ‘Ugly Betty,'” she said. The classic sitcom, Whos the Boss?, ran from 1984-1992, and there had been talks about reviving the show on Amazon Freevee. One of its stars, Judith Light, who played advertising executive Angela Bower in all 196 episodes of the series, told Variety shed be delighted if the series moved forward with another streamer or network.

I would be delighted, Light said. But in terms of where I am and the workload that I have right now, I dont know what my availability would be. When I started my career, I said Id never do a soap opera and Id never do a sitcom. Well, I did both those things. Then I said I would never marry an actor. And I did just that. So, I learned to never say never.

Vanity Fair’s annual Oscar party took place Sunday at the Wallis Annenberg Center for the Performing Arts in Beverly Hills. I have all the details from inside the event, which as usual attracted the most elite of the Hollywood set who poured in after watching Everything Everywhere All at Once score seven Oscar trophies including Best Picture.

We managed to get our hands on the guest list for the event, held in a 3,000-square-foot indoor reception area, with additional courtyards and other outdoor lounge spaces. The main bar, a prime gathering spot, was 40 feet long. The guests danced into the early-morning hours.

Over the weekend, MPTF (Motion Picture & Television Fund) hosted the 19th annual “Night Before” party, reimagined as a special virtual edition.

In February, Judith Light was in Los Angeles supporting her husband, Robert Desiderio, at a launch event for his novel “The Occurrence: A Political Thriller” when she was stopped by a woman who wanted to share how much one of Light’s roles meant to her.

“She came up to me and she said, ‘I am in a corporate job now because I watched you on “Who’s the Boss?” and I knew that women could work outside the home, and I’m teaching my daughter the same thing,’” Light recalls.

It has been almost three decades since “Who’s the Boss?” signed off. Light is starring in Netflix’s “The Politician,” and will soon be seen on the big screen in Lin-Manuel Miranda’s feature adaptation of Jonathan Larson’s “Tick, Tick … Boom.” After lending her trans-formative acting talents to numerous boundary-breaking roles, she is receiving Variety’s third-ever Icon Award at Canneseries.

With so much hype surrounding shows’ Christmas and Halloween specials, it’s easy to forget that there have been some great St. Patrick’s Day episodes in the TV world. So here are a lucky seven episodes that’ll get you excited to celebrate the holiday! Or make you want to stay at home and chill, since all are available to stream on Netflix.

“30 Rock”

Like a double rainbow, “30 Rock” gave its fans not one, but two reasons to get excited, as it aired two St. Patrick’s Day episodes in 2009 and 2012. However, the 2009 episode, “The Funcooker,” is the standout. Written by Tom Ceraulo and Donald Glover, the episode sees Liz Lemon (Tina Fey) attend jury duty, in which the woman on trial hilariously reflects Liz’s own work problems. She must also juggle problems that arise when her show’s stars (Tracy Morgan and Jane Krakowski) pass out and curse while hosting the St.

As with his first foray into writing and directing, Radnor also fills the leading man’s shoes in Liberal Arts, pairing himself with rising star and indie darling Elizabeth Olsen. Though it manages to avoid becoming a typical cookie-cutter romantic comedy, Liberal Arts spends too much time casting a pseudo-intellectual shadow over a story Radnor seems uncertain how to resolve.
