Biography

Born in Milan Italy, Dario Piana graduated from world renowned Brera Art Academy. Originally drawing comic books and storyboards since 1984, Dario directed more than 650 commercials starring international talents such as Kim Basinger, George Clooney, Valentino Rossi , Cristiano Ronaldo, Elliott Gould, Eddie Irvine , Michael Schumacher , Jackie Chang, Milena Canonero (costume designer, 3 times Academy Award winner) and many others. One of his commercials is exposed at the Louvre Museum in the advertising section. His filmography includes films such as THE DEATHS OF IAN STONE (2007) and THE LOST BOYS 3 (2010) , as well as the shorts SPEEDING , UN'ALTRA STORiA , THE CHASE and LA RICETTA DELLA MAMMA. Furthermore, he also wrote and directed a 9 minutes interactive 3D show with animated characters for one of the biggest amusement park in Europe.
