Robin Dumas is an award winning audio engineer and sound designer with over 25 years experience in the audio post-production field.
Raised in Northern Ontario, and educated in Ottawa, Canada, Robin started his career in audio with Blue Turtle Sound / General Assembly. He worked in Toronto and Montreal, but eventually returned to Ottawa and became senior audio engineer at Sound Venture Productions. Robin now has set out to develop Sound Shield Studios.
Robin Dumas also added 'original music composer' to the list of his professional accomplishments. He has attained a number of corporate song writing credits and scores for television and feature films.
Throughout his career, Robin has developed a varied skill set which encompasses graphic arts, video editing, film / video camera operation, and web design. The result of these experiences creates a well versed comprehension of the production processes which surround audio post-production.
