Arrow's second season will be stepping up the action by featuring not just one overarching villain, but two!

Although the first season featured several smaller villains — The Count (Seth Gabel) and Edward Fyers (Sebastian Dunn), among them — Arrow's season-long big bad was Malcolm Merlyn (John Barrowman), who apparently died at the hands of Oliver (Stephen Amell) in the season finale.

As The CW's super series heads towards its first season finale, Oliver (Stephen Amell) will work against the clock during the island flashbacks to prevent Fyers (Sebastian Dunn) from fulfilling his mission of shooting down a Ferris Air jetliner. Yes, the same Ferris Air that's generally equated to Hal Jordan's Green Lantern.

The CW Network series Arrow is considering plans to bring another emerald-clad superhero onto the show, as Ryan Reynolds may reprise his role as Hal Jordan aka Green Lantern.

The upcoming season finale features Oliver Queen (Stephen Amell) trying to stop Fyers (Sebastian Dunn) from blowing up a Ferris Air jetliner. Here's what executive producer Marc Guggenheim had to say about the Ferris Air reference from the 2011 Green Lantern movie .

"If all goes according to plan, when you see the Ferris Air logo later in the season, it will be the same logo that we established in the movie. I like tips of the hat."

Marc Guggenheim, along with the series' co-creator Greg Berlanti, wrote the screenplay for the 2011 movie Green Lantern, which starred Ryan Reynolds as Hal Jordan/Green Lantern and Blake Lively as Carol Ferris.

There are only three episodes left in the debut season of The CW's "Arrow" and The Huffington Post has the first look at a new ad that teases what's to come.

The poster features vigilante Oliver (Stephen Amell) and his ruthless mom Moira (Susanna Thompson) with the text "Savagery is a family trait." Looks like things are about to get even more brutal.

Arrow returns March 20th and the last new episode teased us with the arrival of a new character named Shado (a character from Mike Grell's Longbow Hunters), played by Celina Jade. Shado happens to be Yao Fei's daughter and is currently a captive of the villainous Eddie Fyers (Sebastian Dunn) who is using her as a bargaining chip to get Fei to follow his orders. Below, Jade talks about what future episodes of Arrow have in store for Shado. Apparently Shado doesn't stay a captive of Fyers for long as she joins up with Oliver and Slade. Arrow's Oliver Queen has a new lady in his life.

Shado (Celina Jade), the DC Comics character who has quite the tumultuous relationship with Oliver (Stephan Amell) in the graphic novels, will finally get to see some action on the CW series. We briefly met her in "The Odyssey," where it was revealed that Fyers (Sebastian Dunn) had been holding her captive in order to keep her father Yao-Fei (Byron Mann) in line. But she won't be in captivity for long thanks to Oliver and Slade (Manu Bennett).
