There’s a creative freedom to the horror anthology; they’re not tethered to one central narrative, style, tone, or even voice. Some anthology collections unite multiple filmmakers, each taking on a segment. Some employ a single director for cohesion. Even the framework in which the film weaves its tales varies, whether by conventional wraparound or a complete remix.
For the viewer, anthologies offer a grab bag of bite-sized horror treats; there’s no telling what kind of horror the next segment will bring. This week’s streaming picks highlight horror anthologies that run the gamut from classic anthology format to experimental, from lighthearted to bone-chilling.
As always, here’s where you can stream them this week.

The Ghost Stories ending unveils a shocking twist, revealing a deeper mystery behind the three tales in the movie. Clues hinting at Goodman's guilt and the dark secret throughout the film, leading up to the jaw-dropping conclusion. The real meaning of Ghost Stories ending addresses themes of guilt, toxic masculinity, and male struggles to articulate feelings.

Playwright James Graham has teamed up with Michael Sheen for three part BBC drama, The Way. Here’s the trailer.
Michael Sheen has spent a good portion of his career playing real-life figures, perhaps most notably David Frost in Ron Howard’s film version of Peter Morgan’s Frost/Nixon.
He has also played journalist Robbie Ross in Wilde, writer Jeremy Dyson in The League Of Gentlemen’s Apocalypse, Chris Tarrant in Who Wants To Be A Millionaire? scandal drama Quiz and he played a heightened version of himself opposite David Tennant in Staged. He’s about to take on the role of Aneurin “Nye” Bevan in Tim Price’s play Nye at the National Theatre. Likewise, James Graham often writes political plays based around recent events.
The two have now teamed up for BBC drama The Way, which although it takes its inspiration from real events, follows fictional characters.

If there’s one thing horror fans love the most, it’s a solid scare that gets the adrenaline pumping. We’re forever chasing the thrills that a great scary movie can bring, which is no easy feat the more entrenched in the genre we become. That proves especially true in the current digital age, where there’s an overwhelming sea of options spread across multiple streaming services and platforms that can make finding the scariest offerings tricky. We’re here to help. As we head into the weekend, here’s a roundup of ten of horror’s most intense, bone-chilling movies.

Off the top of my head I do not recall writing about the Abertoir Horror Festival until today. Funny how things slip by you and suddenly you're writing about a festival's 18th anniversary. Raging Grace, Red Rooms and Tiger Stripes were all part of the first wave of titles announced back in September. The excellent Monolith was also in that first batch. The next batch of titles included Jake West's documentary Mancunian Man: The Legendary Life of Cliff Twemlow. Most recently, the festival announced that Gary Sherman, friend to many a filmmaker and a constant presence on the festival circuit, will be at the festival to present his film Vice Squad, as well as announced a new project with author Jeremy Dyson. Aton Soumache and Joann Sfar’s French studio Magical Society has launched a UK arm helmed by Saving Mr Banks producer Paul Trijbits, whose drama indie FilmWave has shuttered after a decade.
Magical Society UK has landed a debut commission – the BBC’s AA Dhand adaptation Virdee, which was announced at last month’s Edinburgh TV Festival and will be produced by crime sub-label Magical North. Trijbits is running Magical Society UK with JJ Lousberg, a former Focus and Universal exec.
Magical Society UK is operating as a Jv with Paris-based Magical Society and will forge kids, animation and drama projects both TV and film. The core message of Good Omens Season 2 Episode 4 is one of trust.
On the periphery here -- but soon to take center stage, it seems -- Nina's relationship with Lindsay is falling apart because there is no foundational trust. Can she and Maggie do better if their connection is jumpstarted with meddling?
Crowley and Aziraphale's relationship is rooted in an unspoken trust that has developed over the millennia they've known each other, while it is clear that trust will only be betrayed when dealing with Hell's workforce. You'd think Nazi zombies might know better.
Shax kicks it off by pretending to be a hitchhiker to get close to Aziraphale as he returns to London from Edinburgh.
Picking up a hitchhiker is a pretty intense trust exercise on both sides. Driver and hitchhiker must both trust the other to not be a serial (or even a one-off) killer.
Of course, Aziraphale...

Exclusive: In a competitive situation, Sherlock producer Hartswood Films has won the rights to adapt Cold War magic thriller The Warlock Effect into a TV series.
The debut novel, about a magician who flees Nazi Germany and is lured into espionage, was written by Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman, creators of the Ghost Stories theatre production.
Hartswood optioned The Warlock Effect from publisher Hodder & Stoughton, fending off rival bids from seven other production companies.
The book, released on Thursday, centers on Ludvik Weinschenk, a boy who escapes tyranny in Germany to become the most famous magician in 1950s Britain under the stage name Louis Warlock.
His talent for deception attracts the attention of the British secret service and he is thrown into the world of espionage on a mission across Europe.

Noel Fielding will star as legendary British Highwayman Dick Turpin in a currently untitled series from Apple TV Plus.
The comedy-adventure show follows Fielding as the most famous, but least likely of highway robbers whose success is defined mostly by his charm, showmanship and great hair. Together with his gang of loveable rogues, Dick rides the highs and lows of celebrity — and does what he can to escape the clutches of the Thief Taker General.
Producing for Apple TV+ is Big Talk Productions, owned by ITV Studios.
Ben Palmer (The Inbetweeners Movie) is directing. Claire Downes, Stuart Lane, Ian Jarvis (The Outlaws) wrote and created the show, with Noel Fielding and Jeremy Dyson (League Of Gentleman) as script consultants.
Executive Producers are Kenton Allen, Noel Fielding, Victoria Grew, Matthew Justice and Ben Palmer. Top of this post and below are first-look images.

Exclusive: An untitled James Ellroy project and reimaginings of Ernest Hemingway’s Old Man and the Sea and Gary Sherman’s Death Line comprise part of Chicken Soup for the Soul-owned Halcyon Studios’ latest development slate.
The indie, which is headed up by David Ellender, was formed last year when Chicken Soup acquired the assets and IP of Sonar Entertainment.
Today’s development slate revealed an untitled limited series set in Beverly Hills from LA Confidential and Black Dahlia writer Ellroy, about a jewel-heist-turned-robbery that engulfs the local police department.
There is also the Hemingway adaptation forged with Pablo and Juan de Dios Larrain’s Fabula and a remake of Death Line by prolific horror director Sherman 50 years after the original launched. Halycon hopes to establish a “missing persons” franchise for the latter, which is co-created with Jeremy Dyson.

Horror can come from anywhere: an unfamiliar European hostel, a remote sleepaway camp in the woods or even just in the comfy confines of the human brain. Every now and then it can be fun to reconnect with that child-like portion of our minds that is truly susceptible to irrational fear. The best way is to merely just hear a good scary story.
But perhaps the best place to find horror is on your friendly neighborhood Hulu. Hulu is best known for its TV comedy offerings but that doesn’t mean it’s lacking in pure terror.

“It’s a classic ghost story with one of the best filmed jumps ever,” sums up Andy Nyman of Herbert Wise’s 1989 TV movie of The Woman in Black, “It properly delivers, and it properly delivers in a fantastically old fashioned way. It’s a proper ghost story at Christmas.” He’s not wrong. Now restored and released on Blu-ray with a load of new extras, the movie is still incredibly effective. Nyman has recorded a new commentary for the film along with fellow horror experts Kim Newman and Mark Gatiss. Nyman has a personal connection to the film too – it was his very first TV role, playing legal clerk Jackie, opposite Stephen Mackintosh as his sidekick. 30 years on and coming back to do the commentary was a joy, he explains.
“Oh, look, I honestly love it all so much,” he beams. “I never take anything for granted.” Nyman and...

“I lived to tell the tale.”
On “Killing Eve,” not many can boast as much after a violent run-in with the assassin Villanelle (Jodie Comer). But for now, actor Henry Lloyd-Hughes can say his character Aaron Peel survives —albeit with a very bloody nose — after Sunday’s episode.
This season, “Killing Eve” introduces the idea of a different kind of threat, one that doesn’t operate as boldly and colorfully as Villanelle does. Aaron enters the picture after his father, the owner of tech giant Pharaday UK, is suspiciously murdered. When MI6 investigates, they suspect Aaron of patricide (through a paid assassin) and then hire Villanelle to go undercover as “Billie” to sniff out more information.
IndieWire spoke with Lloyd-Hughes about playing the enigmatic new character who’s created so much havoc but kept his hands visibly clean. “There’s a real kind of tangible sense of someone who is complex,...

2018 has been a great year for movies, especially for horror films, from mainstream cinema hits to some fantastic direct to market titles. But it’s also been great for the genre as a whole not just the movies… With that in mind here is Chris’ rundown of his Top 10 Horror Films of 2018:
The Witch in the Window
My horror film of the year, Andy Mitton tackles brilliantly the nature of father/son relationships and applies it to an atmosphere of total dread. A masterpiece.
Terrified (Aterrados)
A fun house of jump scares, that sets the pulse racing and doesn’t release its grip until the credits start to roll. A rumoured English language remake from the same director (Demian Rugna) being produced by Del Toro is a cause for celebration.

Despite horror’s thematic binding to the world’s most prominent fears – this a year of parental devastation and horrors inside family units – my top genre films from 2018 still revel in variety: arachnid puppets, Nazi experiments, zombie musicals alike. Such morbid creativity would stick out like a sore severed thumb any other year, but in 2018? You could drown out aforementioned absurdity with Nicolas Cage’s descent into occult revenge madness alone.
As I said, it’s been a wild year for horror – and a damn fine one at that.
My ranking comes after killing many darlings, given my final tally of 118 seen horror movies this year. Dig deeper, past these listed twenty, and you’ll still find plenty of gems. The following treasures just shine a little brighter and demand more attention. Feature debuts, streaming darlings, mainstream nightmares, they’re all here. Jamie Lee Curtis in ‘Halloween.’
John Carpenter’s 40-year-old Halloween franchise traditionally has been much more potent in the Us than in the rest of the world, but Jamie Lee Curtis’ visit to Australia last week helped ensure a sturdy opening for the latest iteration.
However not surprisingly, the Universal/Blumhouse horror movie could not hold a candle to Warner Bros’ A Star is Born, which reigned supreme in its second weekend.
Sony’s comedy adventure Goosebumps 2: Haunted Halloween launched well below the predecessor. Transmission’s Beautiful Boy fared Ok at upmarket cinemas but struggled elsewhere while Icon’s Ghost Stories bombed, mirroring its domestic fate.
Catherine Scott’s Backtrack Boys, an alternate content release, and Heath Davis’ Book Week kicked off with respectable figures at some locations on Saturday and Sunday (see separate story).
The top 20 titles harvested $12.9 million, down 6 per cent on the prior weekend according to Numero.

They soon discover the myths and stories are nothing compared to what actually resides within the eerie walls of Richwood Manor. Scepticism and showmanship are soon put to one side when the two investigators realise there is more at stake than just their professional reputation. His skepticism is tested, however, when he receives a case file on three chilling and inexplicable incidents: a night watchman haunted by disturbing visions as he patrols an abandoned asylum; an edgy young man involved in a hellish car accident deep in the woods; and a wealthy former banker visited by...

Stars: Andy Nyman, Martin Freeman, Paul Whitehouse, Alex Lawther, Leonard Byrne, Nicholas Burns, Jill Halfpenny | Written and Directed by Andy Nyman, Jeremy Dyson
Adapted from their own supernatural stage play, Ghost Stories is a lovingly crafted horror anthology from writing / directing duo Andy Nyman and Jeremy Dyson. Inspired by British portmanteau horror films like Dead of Night (1945) and Dr. Terror’s House of Horrors (1965), Nyman and Dyson have conjured up a creepy collection of terrifying tales that’s worthy of instant classic status.
Nyman plays Professor Philip Goodman, a TV investigator specialising in debunking the supernatural and exposing hoaxes. An early indication of both Goodman’s character and the nature of his work occurs early on, when he triumphantly confronts a fraudulent psychic just as he’s bringing comfort to a grieving mother who lost her son to leukemia – the confused and anguished expression on her face immediately gives the audience pause.

It was the penultimate day of FrightFest and the incessant rain did nothing to deter horror fans and genre aficionados from swarming back to Leicester Square for a fourth helping of cinematic excess. Sunday witnessed the English Premiere of John McPhail’s all-singing, all-dancing zombie high school musical Anna and the Apocalypse, while the wonderful Issa Lopez returned for an encore screening of her excellent Tigers are not Afraid. The singular talents of Joseph Khan were championed with the UK Premiere of his incendiary battle rap odyssey Bodied, while Andy Nyman and Jeremy Dyson put the willies up us once again with a special event screening of their excellent horror anthology, Ghost Stories. But that was far from all… The Man Who Killed...

Warp Films is set to produce a feature adaptation of hit West End musical “Everybody’s Talking About Jamie,” the independent British production company has confirmed. It marks the first musical from the Sheffield-based Warp, whose recent productions include Idris Elba’s directorial debut, “Yardie,” which saw its world premiere at the Sundance Film Festival in January, and Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman’s horror anthology, “Ghost Stories.”
The musical, which was nominated for five awards at this year’s Olivier Awards, including best new musical, is based on the true story of Jamie Campbell, which came to public attention in a BBC documentary, “Jamie: Drag Queen at 16,” in 2011. The coming-of-age tale tells the story of an openly gay teenager, living on a council estate in Sheffield, England, who is nervous about revealing his ambitions to be a drag queen to classmates at school. But with the support of friends and his mother,...

Last Friday, Andy Nyman and Jeremy Dyson’s horror film, Ghost Stories, opened stateside, solely in New York City, and grossed nearly $13,000 from a single theatre, prompting many to believe that the success will translate into an expanded release in other major cities in the coming weeks.
Starring Martin Freeman and Alex Lawther, alongside co-writer and co-director Nyman (The League of Gentlemen), Ghost Stories shadows Professor Goodman (Nyman), a psychologist and skeptic, “who has his rationality tested” upon investigating “three terrifying hauntings.”
A production of Warp Films, the studio behind several menacing titles, including Ben Wheatley’s 2011 psychological horror Kill List and Justin Kurzel’s (Assassin’s Creed) brutal crime drama Snowtown, Ghost Stories was the subject of high praise following its screening at the South by Southwest Film Festival, and the kudos continued to pour in for the flick upon its official release. The film Ghost Stories has an unusual pedigree and conception to say the least. The brainchild of Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman, it first saw life as a very successful stage-play in 2010. Britain has a rich history of horror on stage, but most of the famous plays in this genre focus on the Victorian age. Dyson and Nyman wondered if you could use the tropes of contemporary horror films, in contemporary settings, and bring those to life on stage? The result of that question became Ghost Stories, the stage-play, and eight years later, it has sold half a million tickets at performances around the world. That's quite a success indeed, and several studios have been toying with ideas of adapting the play to film....

On a quiet weekend for the indie box office, Fox Searchlight’s “Isle of Dogs” held on to its spot in the top 10 in its second weekend in wide release. The Wes Anderson film expanded again to 1,947 screens and made $3.4 million, bringing its total to $24.3 million.
That puts “Isle of Dogs” on the verge of passing the inflation-adjusted domestic total of Wes Anderson’s previous stop-motion animated film, “The Fantastic Mr. Fox,” which made $21 million in 2009. With inflation taken into account, that amount grows to $25.2 million. Globally, “Isle of Dogs” currently has a total of $39.6 million.

Elsewhere, the top per screen average (PSA) of the weekend belongs to IFC’s “Ghost Stories,” which opened on a single screen in New York and made $12,563. The anthology horror film stars Andy Nyman — who co-directed and wrote the film with Jeremy Dyson — as a professor known for debunking supernatural myths. But his skepticism is put to the test when he encounters three people with horror stories that might be more than they seem. Martin Freeman, Paul Whitehouse and Alex Lawther also star.
Also entering this weekend is Indian film “Bharat Ane Nenu,” which was released on 302 screens by Great India Films and made $2.66 million. That amounts to an estimated per screen average of $8,811. In India, the political thriller from director Koratala Siva has earned the second highest opening weekend for any Telugu-language film, just behind last year’s record-breaking blockbuster “Baahubali 2.”

Sitting just behind “Bharat” on the PSA rankings for the weekend is Sony Pictures Classics’ “The Rider,” which expanded modestly to nine screens and added $78,433 in its second weekend. That pushes the film’s total to $142,768 and gives it a per screen average this weekend of $8,715.
Amazon expanded the acclaimed Cannes thriller “You Were Never Really Here” to 183 screens, making $551,745 and pushing the film’s total past $1.2 million with a per screen average for the weekend of $3,085. Bleecker Street’s “Beirut” added $1 million from 755 screens, giving it a 10-day domestic total of $3.9 million.

If catching him as Everett Ross in Marvel’s Black Panther wasn’t enough for fans of the Sherlock and Hobbit actor, Martin Freeman is now set to scare us out of our wits as well in the upcoming British horror anthology movie, Ghost Stories.
Co-written, co-directed by and co-starring Andy Nyman, the film will combine three tales of terror via a wraparound narrative, featuring Nyman as a skeptic psychologist investigating ghost sightings. From there, we imagine his character will have his disbelief tested when he comes face to face with the supernatural.
Martin Freeman nabs top billing, of course, and is set to play a man named Mike Priddle, while the rest of the cast is filled out with comedian Paul Whitehouse, Alex Lawther (The Imitation Game) and Jill Halfpenny. Unfortunately, the fan favorite actor doesn’t show up in this new clip (up above), but rest assured, he...

The popularity of ghost stories are a cultural puzzle: They freak us out, but we can’t get enough of them. But the appeal of ghost stories goes beyond the thrill of being scared; it’s about finding the answers to life’s biggest question — what happens to us after we die?
“Ghost Stories” tackles this age-old question with a fresh and chilling take on the supernatural that offers up three tantalizing stories of the unexplained, building to a shocking twist ending. The anthology horror film, based on a stage play by the film’s co-writers and co-directors, Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman, translates well to the big screen. The staginess of the source material steeps the film in an uncanny atmosphere, where the secrets of the past bleed into the present. Actual ghosts might not be real, but the memories we repress are, and they can haunt us in ways we might not expect.

Modern horror has been killing it recently. From 2016 frighteners Raw, The Ghoul and knocked-up knock out Prevenge to last year’s tension builder It Comes At Night and throwback mega-hit It, the horror genre has been riding a wave of smart, challenging and most importantly – really good – films that cater to both mainstream and die-hard indie audiences alike. What’s more, this wave of goodness shows no sign of slowing. Just this week we’ve been treated to Andy Nyman and Jeremy Dyson’s cryptic chiller Ghost Stories and John Krasinski’s critically praised terror A Quiet Place and we’re barely four months into 2018.
Could this resurgence result in the horror genre being taken a bit more seriously? It’s a thought so appealing you almost don’t dare utter it out loud. If the release of Jordan Peele’s surprise hit Get Out last year is anything to go by,...

A university professor is tasked with investigating three unsolved cases of paranormal activity in Andy Nyman and Jeremy Dyson’s unsettling feature debut.
Ghost Stories is the feature debut of Andy Nyman (character actor, magician, and Darren Brown’s bestie) and Jeremy Dyson (the unseen forth member of The League of Gentlemen), both co-directing and penning the screenplay adaption of their hit 2010 stage play. Phewy, that’s a lot of time and work. And then some, as Nyman plays the lead character Professor Phillip Goodman, who specialises in parapsychology – (basically, the study of paranormal stuff like ghosts, telepathy, and spoon bending). But he’s a kind-hearted skeptic, exposing overly quaffed and fraudulent spiritual mediums, and more likely to offer a possessed child a sympathetic ear than brutally exorcise them.

Martin Freeman and Paul Whitehouse star in a collection of chilling tales
Adapted with slippery agility by Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman from their hit 2010 play, this collection of spooky tales expands from its stage origins to fill every corner of the screen with malevolent threats. Nyman stars as Professor Phillip Goodman, a professional sceptic whose job it is to debunk the mysteries of the paranormal. Eyebrow permanently raised, he drives a vintage Jaguar around the country, trailing exhaust fumes and a faint whiff of superiority. Then he is challenged to investigate three cases.
Paul Whitehouse plays a chippy nightwatchman who spins a tale of terror in an abandoned asylum; a jittery teenager (Alex Lawther) has a demonic encounter when he takes his parents’ car; and Martin Freeman plays a broker whose well-appointed home is plagued by a poltergeist. Each nervy little segment works chillingly well on its own, but...

MaryAnn’s quick take… Not an anthology of complete short tales but the highlights from much longer stories only briefly sketched and left maddeningly unfinished. Barely a movie at all, more a tease of one. I’m “biast” (pro): nothing
I’m “biast” (con): I didn’t love the stage play (but I had completely forgotten I’d seen it before I saw this)
(what is this about? see my critic’s minifesto) women’s participation in this film
(learn more about this)
Paranormal debunker Professor Phillip Goodman (Andy Nyman: Star Wars: The Last Jedi, The Commuter) is good at what he does. We can see that from the opening sequence of Ghost Stories in which he reveals a stage psychic — one of those leeches who feed off grief by purporting to speak to our beloved dead — to be a total charlatan in front of his audience.

From Dead of the Night to The Field Guide to Evil, multi-story shockers are a cinema staple. The League of Gentlemen’s Jeremy Dyson – co-writer of new anthology Ghost Stories – on why creepshow compendiums are immortal
‘Do you want to see something really scary …” The horror anthology movie is a peculiar – some might think – imperfect beast. It’s been with us for well over 70 years and is close to the heart of many fans, not least my own. In fact, it was one of the key influences on Ghost Stories, which I co-wrote and co-directed with Andy Nyman.
But what makes these pictures so endlessly fascinating and appealing? Though there are examples from all over the world, this body rests on two sturdy British legs.
One is the Ealing horror film Dead of Night, released in 1945; the other is the output of a small UK-based studio called Amicus, who were...

It’s no easy undertaking adapting a stage play for the cinematic screen; but when the writers behind one of the most successful plays are behind the transformation of their own story, anything is possible. The brainchild of The League of Gentleman’s Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman, Ghost Stories first appeared on the boards back in 2010 under a veil of secrecy. Audiences and critics were urged not to divulge secrets of the play and only images of scared witless audience members adorned the marketing material. After moving from Liverpool to London and going on tour in Australia, this thrilling British horror story – with a few minor adaptations – is finally hitting the big screen with some familiar faces.

Uncanny wraiths aren’t the only spectres drifting through “Ghost Stories,” Andy Nyman and Jeremy Dyson’s stylish, chain-rattling adaptation of their 2010 British stage smash: The more explicable spirits of William Castle and Amicus Productions hang about, too, in its blend of old-school spookhouse scares and chilly psychological realism. A throwback to the rickety portmanteau structure so prevalent in U.K. horror in the mid-20th century, Nyman and Dyson’s debut feature works niftily as an anthology, threading a slender investigative narrative through a trio of anxious, economically executed tales of unnerving hauntings in contemporary Yorkshire. It’s when the film attempts to bind all three into a more ambitious head trip that things come unstuck: A climactic rug-pull that worked grandly on stage is less satisfying on screen, leaving the film less a banquet than a platter of tasty appetizers — served suitably cold, of course.

Last night the West End saw the return of one of its recent crowd pleasers, albeit in a different medium. Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman’s Ghost Stories chilled and delighted theatre-goers in equal measure and seven years later they attended a special screening of their big screen adaptation, which is out in UK cinemas on the 6th of April.
The film is adapted from the stage play and is written and directed by Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman. Nyman also leads the cast, reprising his role as Professor Goodman alongside Paul Whitehouse (Alice in Wonderland, ‘Harry & Paul’, ‘The Fast Show’), Alex Lawther (‘Black Mirror’, Old Boys, The Imitation Game) and Martin Freeman (The Hobbit franchise, ‘Fargo’, ‘Sherlock’).
Ghost Stories is released in the UK on the 6th Of April. Zehra Phelan and Colin Hart were on the carpet to interview the cast and crew, here’s how they got on.

This year’s SXSW Film Festival kept this writer plenty busy, with a ton of great genre movies that were part of their Midnighters programming slate, and in many cases, there were even some that screened outside the genre-friendly section. Here are my thoughts on a terror-filled trinity of films that I had the opportunity to check out while in Austin over the last week: Colin Minihan’s surprising psychological thriller What Keeps You Alive, the newly revealed sequel Unfriended: Dark Web, and Jeremy Dyson and Andy Nyman’s Ghost Stories.
What Keeps You Alive: Last year, Colin Minihan really impressed me with his unusual zombie effort, It Stains the Sands Red, and less than 12 months later, he left my proverbial jaw on the floor with What Keeps You Alive, a shocking and intimately crafted thriller that effectively proves you can never really know everything about the people you love.
