Omiros Efstratiadis is a Greek film and television director known for his work in commercial Greek cinema, particularly in the 1970s and 1980s. He gained recognition for his erotic films of the 1970s and later for his popular comedies, including the Roda, tsanta kai kopana series.
Born in Piraeus, he began directing in the mid-1960s, making his debut with Athina, ora 12 (1964). During the 1970s, he directed numerous erotic films featuring well-known actors of the era. In the 1980s, he transitioned to comedy, collaborating with stars such as Stathis Psaltis and Sotiris Moustakas in films that became cult favorites.
In the 1990s, Efstratiadis focused on television, directing shows, including several presented by Annita Pania. After a long hiatus from cinema, he returned in the 2000s with new projects, revisiting his classic comedy style.
