Writes "P.O.V.", a weekly column in the Comics Buyer's Guide.

Collaborates with artist Sergio Aragonés on the independent comic book, "Groo the Wanderer". His official capacity is generally accepted to be that of a writer, although he is never credited as such.

Several of his "P.O.V" columns are collected in the books "Comic Books and Other Necessities of Life" (2002) and "Wertham Was Right" (2003).

Wrote the book "Mad Art : A Visual Celebration of the Art of Mad Magazine and the Idiots Who Create It" (early 2003)
