Lifetime has set a premiere date for its docuseries about the Chrisley family, the reality TV stars whose parents, Todd and Julie Chrisley, were released from prison after a presidential pardon.

The series, titled The Chrisleys: Back to Reality, is set to premiere Sept. 1 with a two-hour block, followed by two more hours the next night. The remaning episodes will air Sept. 9 and 16.

Lifetime greenlit the series in May, shortly before President Donald Trump pardoned Todd and Julie Chrisley from their 2022 convictions on bank fraud and tax evasion charges. Prior to the federal charges, Todd and Julie and their family (including kids Savannah, Chase and Grayson) starred in USA Network’s reality series Chrisley Knows Best.

The platform has acquired the unscripted film, “Dead Hot,” a passion project from Hudgens that follows her and musician Gg Magree, as they embark on a journey to Salem, Mass., where they learn about witchcraft, ghost hunting and connecting with the spirit world.

“Dead Hot” hails from Bunim-Murray Productions and is distributed by Banijay Rights. The film will debut on April 14.

Hudgens and Magree are self-taught students of witchcraft and have been experimenting and connecting with the spirit world for much of their lives. But after a ghost hunt gone wrong, the duo realizes they need to seek out proper mentorship and training, so they head on a pilgrimage to Salem with cameras chronicling their journey for a masterclass in witchcraft.

Oxygen has released the trailer for her documentary “Kim Kardashian West: The Justice Project,” which sees the media personality declare that “there is a mass incarceration problem in the United States.”

The two-hour documentary, premiering Sunday, April 5, captures Kardashian West as she explores the cases of Dawn Jackson, Alexis Martin, Momolu Stewart and David Sheppard, all of whom she and legal experts believe have been unfairly sentenced. To illuminate their stories, Kardashian West travels to the prisons where they’re being held, speaks to their families and friends, lobbies public officials, and consults with lawyers to try and facilitate their release.

“Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club” has been canceled after one season at MTV, TheWrap has learned.

A source close to the show says the cable channel was looking to “rework some things,” as there were “creative differences” behind the scenes, but Lindsay Lohan’s representatives put out statements saying that the actress would not return for another season.

According to Page Six, Lohan Beach House, the Mykonos nightclub where the show is set, has closed — though TheWrap’s source was unable to verify this information at the time of publication.

As the true-crime genre continues to assault the airwaves, Oxygen Media today announced nearly a dozen series projects that embrace the genre.

The NBCUniversal-owned cable channel has greenlighted a half-dozen projects featuring the likes of Kim Kardashian, Nancy Grace and Kate snow and put five others in development that hail from Mark Wahlberg, Ice-t, Jason Blum — who builds on the “Florida man” meme — and others.

The new series, which don’t have airdates yet, are Kim Kardashian: The Justice Project (working title), Injustice with Nancy Grace, The DNA of Murder with Paul Holes, Relentless with Kate Snow and Truth & Justice: The West Memphis Three (wt). Oxygen Media is continuing to expand its killer slate by greenlighting five new series, as well as a documentary about Kim Kardashian’s campaign for criminal justice reform.

The new set of projects hail from an eclectic range of creatives, including Kardashian, Mark Wahlberg, Ice-t, and Jason Blum.

“Oxygen is tremendously excited to work with some of the biggest names in the industry on such important projects,” said Rod Aissa, executive vice president of original programming and development for Oxygen. “This year we’ve increased our original hours by more than 30%, and we’ll keep ramping up our programming efforts as more fans flock to the network to experience best in class content.”

In 2017, Oxygen rebranded to become a fulltime true-crime destination. Some of its biggest hits include “Aaron Hernandez Uncovered,” “Unspeakable Crime: The Killing of Jessica Chambers” and “Cold Justice” from executive producer Dick Wolf.

Lindsay Lohan will be setting up camp on the beach this winter on MTV.

The actress and entrepreneur’s new docuseries, “Lindsay Lohan’s Beach Club,” will premiere Jan. 8, the cable network announced Monday. Following its U.S. debut, the show will roll out globally across Viacom’s international network of MTV channels in nearly 180 countries.

The show follows Lohan as she runs her new club, Lohan Beach House, in Mykonos, Greece. “I want to build an empire here,” Lohan says in the teaser (watch above).
