Barbara Franklin was born on 14 June 1929 in Regina, Saskatchewan, Canada. She was an actress, known for Oedipus Rex (1957), The Wayne & Shuster Superspecial (1976) and The Incubus (1981). She was married to Kenneth Gray Perkins. She died on 15 February 2009 in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.
