    • Lynette 'Squeaky' Fromme was born on December 22, 1949 in Santa Monica, California, USA. She is known for Manson (1973), Charles Manson Superstar (1989) and Inside the Manson Gang (2007).

Trivia

  • Attempted to assassinated then US President Gerald Ford on September 5, 1975. After being wrestled to the ground by Secret service agents, after she drew her gun, it was discovered that it was loaded improperly, and there was no bullet in the chamber. She was sentenced to life imprisonment.
  • During her incarceration at the Federal Correctional Institution in Pleasanton, California, she briefly escaped and was quickly recaptured.
  • Avid follower and devotee of Charles Manson, and the second member of what became the infamous "Manson Family".
  • Attended Orville Wright Junior High School with Phil Hartman.
  • In the late 1950s, she was a dancer in a square-dance group called the Westchester Lariats, who appeared on The Lawrence Welk Show (1955) and toured the US and Europe.
