I just reported that Obsidian Entertainment is developing a new Bethesda produced title (New Vegas), but on June 23rd there will be another 4th Dlc released. According to Bethesda Producer Jeffery Gardiner, it was designed for more of a "Silent Hill/Resident Evil vibe". The gameplay content will be bigger than the last few DLCs, and there's few new skills and perks to learn. It looks like a total conversion with new graphics and everything, but we'll see...
