The upcoming issue of Famous Monsters #257, celebrating the rise of Monster Kids like Steven Spielberg, Jj Abrams, John Carpenter, and Stan Winston, already sports covers by celebrated artists Richard Corben and Paul Garner. Now, as FM prepares to invade the San Diego Comic Con, there is one more cover to be revealed. The final cover features Frankenstein’s Monster by 7-time Academy Award winner and “Monster Maker”, Rick Baker. Decades after his last appearance in FM, Rick Baker returns to tell his tale of growing up with monsters and to create this instantly collectible and very rare Limited Edition cover. The first 500 issues will be sold as FM invades San Diego Comic Con (July 20-24) this year and will feature and exclusive foil Sdcc sticker available nowhere but the big show itself.
