Jacqueline Granier-Deferre was born on 14 April 1937 in Algiers, Alger, France [now Algeria]. She was an assistant director, known for Dog Day (1984), Pile ou face (1980) and L'empreinte des géants (1980). She died on 20 March 2022 in Levallois-Perret, Hauts-de-Seine, France.
