- Graduated from Central Catholic High School in San Antonio, Texas, before attending Stanford University in Palo Alto, California, where he earned a Bachelor's degree in literature. He also spent two terms at Oxford University in England, UK, researching British literature and poetry.
- Originally starred in the pilot episode of Lucifer, however he was replaced by Kevin Alejandro and all the scenes he was in were re-shot with the new actor.
