Darren Grant

Grant, a Seattle native, grew up with a passion for filmmaking, inspired by his mother's journey an indie filmmaker. After completing film school, he quickly made a name for himself in the industry, creating over 130 award-wining music videos featuring Grammy winners and music legends. Transitioning to TV and film, he gained significant recognition as a director, contributing to such shows as Y: MARSHALS, DUSTER, HAPPY FACE, YOUR HONOR, WU-TANG: An American Saga, BILLIONS and QUEEN of the SOUTH. Grant's debut feature film "Diary of a Mad Black Woman" premiered at #1 and earned over $75 million box office/vod. His diverse work also features commercials for major brands such as Budweiser, Lexus, Victoria's Secret, Major League Baseball and more.
