The first trailer for Duster, the new series from J.J. Abrams, has been officially released. The series stars Josh Holloway, who is best known for his role as Sawyer in Lost, alongside Camille Guaty and Sydney Elisabeth. Guaty is famous for her role as Maricruz in Prison Break, and Elisabeth previously appeared on The Last O.G. The series was written and created for television by J.J. Abrams and Latoya Morgan. Abrams is also the creator of Lost, meaning there will be something of a reunion between him and leading star Josh Holloway. He’s also famous for his work writing and directing Star Wars: Episode 7 and 9, The Force Awakens and The Rise of Skywalker. He passed off duties for The Last Jedi to Rian Johnson.

Diary of a Mad Black Woman is a landmark work in Tyler Perry’s filmography because it has a talented cast and some great characters. Based on the stage play of the same name by Perry and directed by Darren Grant, Diary of a Mad Black Woman deals with the misadventures of a recently-divorced woman who lives with her street-smart grandmother, Madea Simmons. There will not be a third season of Raising Dion. Series star Sammi Haney, who played Esperanza on the Michael B. Jordan-produced superhero drama, revealed the news Tuesday on Instagram and it was confirmed by Netflix.

“Sad to say that Raising Dion is Canceled [sic], Haney wrote. “Thank you for all of the amazing support we got from all of our wonderful fans! Season 2 was a success, equal to Season 1, even if just looking at how many people watched all of it and wanted a season 3!”

Based on the comic book by Dennis Liu, Raising Dion followed the story of Nicole (Alisha Wainwright) and her son Dion (Young) after Dion starts to manifest several mysterious, superhero-like abilities. Two years after defeating the Crooked Man (Jason Ritter), Season 2 follows Dion as he continues honing his powers with the support of his mom and Tevin (Rome Flynn), his Biona trainer who catches Nicole’s eye.

“Raising Dion” has been canceled at Netflix after two seasons, Variety has confirmed.

The Hangover actor Ken Jeong will be gunning for his favorite actor in a desperate bid to win a long-running celebrity death pool in an upcoming comedy for WWE Studios. The actor leads the currently untitled pic, being developed as “Untitled Celebrity Death Pool,” in the role of a struggling night club owner who, after becoming heavily indebted to a loan shark, decides to win the pool by speeding up the demise of his chosen celeb – David Hasselhoff.

The Hoff has a cameo role in the comedy, as does WWE’s Hulk Hogan. Other A-list celebrities are also expected to appear as themselves, being pursued by homicidal death pool participants. Darren Grant (Diary of a Mad Black Woman) will direct from a spec script written by Peter Hoare.

What makes this even more awesome is the fact that Hasselhoff himself is also on board to co-star in the film. He's also producing it with WWE Studios President Michael Luisi and Hyde Park’s Amritraj, Michele Berk, Patrick Hughes, and Warren Zide.

If you didn't think this news could get any better, you are wrong, because Hulk Hogan also signed on for a role! This film seems like it will be full of cameos, but the actors mentioned here are the only ones that have been revealed so far.
