College Basketball Star Derek Gray Dead at 20
College basketball is mourning the loss of a rising star. The University of Wisconsin-Whitewater's athletic department tweeted that the Warhawks' guard Derek Gray "passed away unexpectedly on July 24th, 2022, playing the game he loved." The cause of the athlete's death was not made public. However, Uw-Whitewater men's basketball coach Pat Miller told Madison, Wis. TV station Wkow that Derek collapsed at a basketball camp for kids on campus. Mortal Kombat Fans Want a Sub-Zero Prequel and Joe Taslim Is Ready for It

Simon McQuoid's Mortal Kombat is perfectly set up for a sequel, but many fans want to see more of Sub-Zero in a prequel. Played by Joe Taslim in the video game adaptation, Sub-Zero stood out as a highlight for many fans. His rivalry with Scorpion (Hiroyuki Sanada) has also been praised with some viewers left feeling there's still so much more left to tell with that particular story.

On social media, some fans have been asking for a Sub-Zero prequel, which could provide more backstory on the character and expand upon his feud with Scorpion.
