Played Roger in a series of famous TV commercials in Australia for Milky Way chocolate bars.

Appeared in the Melbourne Theatre Company's production of Matt Cameron's comedy play, "Man The Balloons" in February 2001.

Wrote and appeared in the comedy play, "Bishop Takes Knight" with Shaun Micallef and Alex Ward.

Contributor to the Australian Debating Handbook.

Has worked with such various theatre groups as Playbox Theatre, the Melbourne Theatre Company, the State Theatre Company of South Australia, and the Magpie Theatre (also South Australia).

While at Adelaide University, Francis wrote and appeared in many Footlights shows and law reviews with Shaun Micallef and Alex Ward, including "Barrister Galactica", "Star Laws", "Subpoena Hard Day's Night", "The 39 Steps, Two Escalators and a Lift", "The Love Goat", and "Poodle Armageddon".

Appeared in Aidan Fennessy's acclaimed stage play, "Chilling and Killing My Annabel Lee".
