DiJanni (viola), Mario Mazzoni (cello). Guizar performed arias from the operas Don Giovanni (Il mesio tesoro), The Bohemian Girl, L'elisir d'amore and Manon, along with songs by Domenico Scarletti, Ruperto Chapí, Jorge del Moral, Victor Herbert, Paolo Tosti, Ruggero Leoncavallo, Federico Longas, Mario Talavera and Alberto Dominguez. The Ensemble played selections by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart, Luigi Bocchini and Felix Mendelssohn.
  • (December 27, 1942) Radio: The Pause That Refreshes (CBS) Program devoted to the music in the Disney featurette Saludos Amigos (1942). Andre Kostelanetz welcomes Tito Guízar, Walt Disney, José Oliveira as José Carioca and Clarence Nash as Donald Duck. Guízar sings "Granada" and "Saludos Amigos." 30 minutes.
