In the first episode, "Thundercover," Phoebe and Max receive a new mission in their hi-tech beach home base, where their superhero identities remain a secret. They bring Chloe along to help her have a normal life, but the trio must stop the threats of Secret Shores and the true supervillain called Mastermind.

Originally released in 2004, to now mark the 20th birthday of the film, it’s got a 4K makeover, and is coming to the 4K Ultra HD Blu-ray format for the first time.

We’ve got Paramount to thank for this, who is issuing the film on 24th June 2024 on the format.

Netflix releases the trailer for Thelma the Unicorn. Set for release on May 17, Thelma the Unicorn tells the story of a pony named Thelma who finds herself in a sticky situation when she gets mistaken for a magical creature and leans into the bit, hoping it will propel her to fame. The film is directed by Jared Hess and Lynn Wang, and features a leading voice cast including Brittany Howard, Will Forte, Jon Heder, Daran Norris, David Michie, and Betsy Sodaro.

Nickelodeon is home to some of the most popular cartoon shows of the 1990s and 2000s, among them The Fairly OddParents. Created by Butch Hartman, The Fairly OddParents premiered on Nickelodeon in 1998 and ran for a total of 10 seasons, coming to an end in 2006 before a revival in 2008 that ended in 2012. The Fairly OddParents continued to expand with three movies, and it’s now coming back with a spinoff TV series.

A Fairly OddParents sequel series is officially moving forward at Nickelodeon.

Previously, it had been leaked that a follow-up series for The Fairly OddParents was in development. Per Variety, it's now been revealed that the sequel show has officially been ordered to series at Nickelodeon. The sequel series will consist of 20 episodes set to debut on Nickelodeon in Spring 2024, followed by an international release on Netflix later in the year.

Dubbed Fairly OddParents: A New Wish, the series brings back voice actors Susanne Blakeslee and Daran Harris to reprise their respective roles as Wanda and Cosmo, the titular characters. Ashleigh Crystal Hairston also joins the show to voice the new protagonist, Hazel Wells.

The 20-episode new series follows Hazel Wells (Ashleigh Crystal Hairston) a 10-year-old who has just moved to the big city of Dimmadelphia because of her dad’s new job. On top of being in an unfamiliar environment, it’s the first time she’s been without her brother, Antony, who’s just left for college, leaving her lonely and unsure of herself. All that changes when the pink-and-green-haired neighbors next door reveal that they are no ordinary neighbors — they’re fairy godparents Cosmo (Daran Norris) and Wanda (Susanne Blakeslee).

A new iteration of “The Fairly OddParents” has been ordered to series at Nickelodeon.

Titled “Fairly OddParents: A New Wish,” the new series will see the return of voice actors Susanne Blakeslee and Daran Norris as Wanda and Cosmo, respectively. Nickelodeon has ordered 20 episodes of the series, which will debut on the cable channel this spring. The series will also be available on Netflix internationally later this year.

Blakeslee and Harris will be joined by Ashleigh Crystal Hairston, who will voice the new main character Hazel Wells. The official description for the series states:

“In ‘Fairly OddParents: A New Wish,’ ten-year-old Hazel Wells has just moved to the big city of Dimmadelphia because of her dad’s new job. Based on the popular French series of the same name, the show follows a single mom with three kids and an exceptional mind helps solve an unsolvable crime when she rearranges some evidence during her shift as a cleaner for the police department. Per the official logline, “When they discover she has a knack for putting things in order because of her high intellectual potential she is brought on as a consultant to work with a by-the-book seasoned detective, and together they form an unusual and unstoppable team.”

“Hpi” was created by Alice Chegaray-Breugnot, Stéphane Carrié and Nicolas Jean and starring Audrey Fleurot and Mehdi Nebbou.
