It's time to revisit SilverHawks with the newest line of action figures from Super7. A new set of SilverHawks ReAction Figures has been unveiled, and Cbr has the exclusive first look.

Four figures are included in the first wave of the Super7 x SilverHawks ReAction figure line: Quicksilver, Steelheart, Bluegrass, and the galactic mob boss Mon*Star. All four figures, which are 3.75" scale figures from Super7's ReAction Figure family, come with a suggested retail price of $25. They look fantastic, though it's noted by the company that due to the vac-metal finish of the Quicksilver, Steelheart, and Bluegrass figures, they should be "handled with care and posed delicately to avoid chipping or cracking." Descriptions of each figure, along with first look photos, can be seen below.

Exclusive: Disney Television Animation, the division responsible for series including Monsters at Work and Marvel’s Spidey and his Amazing Friends, is staffing up.

The business has hired former Blue Sky Studios and 20th Century Fox Animation exec Lisa Fragner and promoted Elizabeth Waybright Taylor.

Fragner, who has been consulting with Disney Television Animation since April, officially became VP Development this month. She has been tasked with bolstering the animation studio’s content slate for Disney+.

Based in New York, she reports to Emily Hart, SVP Animation Development, Disney Branded Television.

Fragner was previously VP and Head of Development ay Disney’s Blue Sky Studios, where she worked on feature films including Ice Age: Dawn of the Dinosaurs and Dr. Seuss’ Horton Hears a Who. In what is believed to be the biggest group promotion ever at Disney Channel, the network has upped 11 executive and staffers across its business to Svp and VP level. The promotions follows a ramp-up of Disney Channel’s output over the past 18 months to 450-500 new live-action and animated episodes and several original movies for Disney Channel and Disney Junior, plus more series and movies exclusively for Disney+.

Joe D’Ambrosia is expanding his role of senior vice president, original programming Disney Junior with a promotion to general manager.

D’Ambrosia will continue to be responsible for all development and production of Disney’s original programming content for kids 2-7 as well as acquisitions for the preschooler demographic. The announcement was made today by Nancy Kanter, executive vice president, Content and Creative Strategy, Disney Channels Worldwide, to whom he continues to report.

D’Ambrosia joined Disney in 2011 and played a crucial role in steering Disney Junior channel to be the #1 preschooler network for the past six years (2013-18). In 2018, he led the development of a 120 show tour, Disney Junior Dance Party On Tour, the first of its kind for Disney Junior.

Kanter also announced the realignment of key roles under the leadership of Meredith Roberts, senior vice president, Animation Strategy, and a fourth role that will continue Disney’s commitment to diverse programming.

Sundance is abuzz with the performance of Elizabeth Olsen, who apparently fell out of the same vagina that hatched the Olsen twins. Looks like she took all the talent with her too. But it got me thinking about other showbiz families and what I like to call the Roberts Dichotomy. Namely, Eric and Julia. Both actors, both born of the same genes, and yet, one opens wide her gaping maw and makes gabillions while the other's busy doing B-movies and birthing bigger child stars.

Thing is, I love Eric Roberts. I'll watch The Best of the Best pretty much every time it's on. It's like Rocky for sad lonely kickboxers. It's just strange that Julia gets all the accolades. And so started up a list of other semi-talented siblings overshadowed by the crazy successful brethren/sistern.

Fun Fact: Nicolas Cage, Sofia Coppola, and Jason Schwartzmann are all first cousins. Jason's mother is Talia Shire.
