Dean (Jensen Ackles) wakes next to Lisa (Cindy Sampson) as we get a series of scenarios involving Dean as his life used to be and what he does now, so much of it is pretty much the same, aside from the hunting element - such as salting food, whereas before he would salt whilst hunting, tools in his car and tools used for his job, contrasting his job as hunter and now as a family man, sharing beers with Sam (Jared Padalecki) in the past and now with a neighbour, working on the car with Sam and now with Ben (Nicholas Elia). Dean checks the house with rosary in hand and water and keeps a gun under the bed. Dean has a drink with Sid (Russel Porter). It's been a year without Sam. Dean "lived on the road" and had a job in pest control. Dean is almost respectable now.

Bobby’s (Jim Beaver) back in the heat of un-earthly battle in Supernatural Episode 6.16, “And Then There Were None.” I can’t help but look at these photos (see gallery below) and remember the times when Bobby couldn’t walk. It feels like ages ago (or rather Season 5), but the memory is still fresh of Bobby in a wheelchair with a shotgun.

We should celebrate our dead Presidents more often it seems! Just in time for the long President's Day weekend, The CW sent over an assortment of stills from the upcoming "Supernatural" episode "The French Mistake", wherein the Winchesters break the fourth wall, along with "And Then There Were None", in which Samuel and Bobby finally square off. Dig 'em!
Episode 15 "The French Mistake" Synopsis: (2/25/11 Air Date)
Sam And Dean Are Transported To An Alternate Reality — Raphael (guest star Lanette Ware) launches an attack on Castiel (Misha Collins) and his allies, sending a particularly frightening angelic hitman (guest star Carlos Sanz) after Balthazar (guest star Sebastian Roche), Sam (Jared Padalecki), and Dean (Jensen Ackles).
In an effort to protect the brothers, Balthazar sends them to an alternate universe where they are the stars of a TV show called “Supernatural” and they are actors named “Jensen Ackles” and “Jared Padalecki.” The brothers...

A death on "Supernatural" is just par for the course, but we're hearing that in an upcoming episode, a recurring character is going to die... and stay dead. The CW just released these photos from the March 4 episode "... And Then There Were None," so it's officially time to place our bets.
Jensen Ackles, Jared Padalecki, and Jim Beaver shot a somber funeral scene for this episode, which features Samuel Campbell (Mitch Pileggi) and Gwen Campbell (Jessica Heafey) and Rufus Turner (Steven Williams) returning to the show for a fight against another unpredictable monster under orders from the Mother of All.
It's the final episode before a spring hiatus, so you can count on some drama. Beaver tweeted that he doesn't remember the last time he was so excited about a script, so look forward to some good Bobby action - namely, a fight with Grumpy Grandpa Samuel.
So who do...

With its rather ominous title of "And Then There Were None", Episode 16 of "Supernatural" promises a meeting fans have undoubtedly been waiting for: Grandpa Samuel squaring off against the Winchester boys' surrogate father Bobby. Should be interesting as although everyone loves Jim Beaver, more Mitch Pileggi on the show is always a good thing!

Really, seriously, my new TV column debuts Wednesday, Sept. 1. That's my story and I'm sticking to it -- I'm not going to post again until then. Probably.
But once again a tasty TV morsel arrived in my email inbox and I just had to share it with my fellow 'Supernatural' addicts. It's the first photo from Season 6 of the show, which returns Fri., Sept. 24, 9Pm Et on the CW. (Don't forget that the show moves to Fridays. Get those season passes in order.)
Behold Mitch Pileggi -- a.k.a. Grandpa Samuel -- with both Dean and Sam Winchester (Jensen Ackles and Jared Padalecki). Of course Dean met Samuel in a Season 4 episode, 'In the Beginning,' but both Winchesters will get to know their grandfather much better this season.
Pileggi, a reliably excellent character actor who has appeared on everything from...
