Image
Hulk Hogan is, without a doubt, one of the biggest legends to ever step into a WWE ring. He’s been a major part of the company’s success for years and helped shape the world of pro wrestling. But even with all that fame, a lot of people in WWE don’t like him, mostly because of his controversial behavior and remarks.

The truth is, Hogan’s reputation has taken some serious hits over the years. He’s known for utilising his backstage influence and changing the outcomes of matches to suit himself by manipulating storylines backstage. Many wrestlers have called him out for having a toxic attitude behind the scenes, throwing tantrums, demanding special treatment, and acting differently when the cameras were off. Here are eight wrestlers who hate Hulk Hogan with a passion.

Goldberg just wrapped up his final WWE match against Gunther, and yeah, we’re still not over it. His retirement hit hard, especially for all the Og fans who’ve been watching him tear it up in the ring for years. But here’s a little silver lining: there might be another Goldberg stepping into the spotlight soon.

His son, Gage Goldberg, is gearing up for a shot at the NFL. But if that path doesn’t pan out for whatever reason, he’s got his sights set on WWE. Yep, Gage could be carrying on his dad’s legacy right in the ring. It’ll be wild to see how things shake out, and if he does make the leap to wrestling, can he live up to the Goldberg name?

R Truth’s Ron Killings Segment on Raw Equals Viewership of John Cena vs Cm Punk Promo
Image
R-Truth’s WWE exit was short-lived, as he came back with a bang as Ron Killings, crashing the Money in the Bank tag team match between Cena, Logan Paul, Cody Rhodes, and Jey Uso. Fans were stunned when he popped out of the stands and went straight for Cena.

But the real shocker came on the next episode, when he stepped out in front of the audience, not as R-Truth, but as Ron Killings. WWE is clearly ditching his goofy, gimmicky persona, and fans are absolutely loving it. The segment has blown up online, with the video racking up views at the same level as Cena and Cm Punk’s recent promo for their Night of Champions showdown.

WWE: John Cena’s Original Plan For Heel Turn Is Completely Different From What Triple H Is Doing Right Now
Image
After years of being the ultimate good guy, John Cena finally turned heel! He embraced his dark side at this year’s Elimination Chamber, stabbing Cody Rhodes in the back and pretty much selling his soul to The Rock. Then he took the WWE World Championship from Rhodes at WrestleMania 41 and even defended it against Randy Orton at Backlash.

Fans have been dreaming about a Cena heel turn forever, but let’s be real, this one feels kinda half-hearted. Instead of a true, menacing bad guy, he just seems like a frustrated version of his old self. But actually, he had a plan for a full-fledged heel transformation, with new music, a fresh persona, and everything. But Triple H had other ideas, and well, here we are.

No, Cm Punk Isn’t a Hypocrite for Accepting John Cena’s Challenge That Goes Against His Own Belief

Cm Punk is easily one of the most influential wrestlers in WWE history, with a massive fan base built over years of epic rivalries and unforgettable storylines.

Lately, though, it seems like Punk has strayed from his roots, going against the very values that made him a fan favorite.

Mark Henry Has a Diabolical Idea for John Cena’s Heel Turn That’s Way Better Than Triple H’s Script
Image
John Cena shocked everyone by turning heel at this year’s Elimination Chamber, betraying Cody Rhodes in the process. He then went on to snatch the title from Rhodes at WrestleMania and successfully defended it against Randy Orton at Backlash. However, Cena tasted his first defeat since turning heel in a tag team match against Rhodes and Jey Uso, thanks to some help from R-Truth.

Fans aren’t exactly thrilled with how things are unfolding, especially with Triple H’s approach to Cena’s farewell tour. But legendary wrestler Mark Henry has pitched an idea that seems way more exciting than anything Triple H has planned.

Triple H Forgot About This Superstar Who Beat John Cena While Pushing Jacob Fatu to the Moon in WWE
Image
When they said, “Life is not fair,” they didn’t mean it sarcastically, because the world of WWE reflects this harsh truth of life. After all, the company will only do “what’s best for business” and wouldn’t always honor every fan sentiment. This feeling was evident when Paul “Triple H” Levesque took over and had different ideas for the main roster that’d be the new attractions of the company.

While some have gone on to make a name for themselves, others have been reduced to being a mid-tier entertainment card. One such name is how Austin Theory was once a promising talent, who at one point was the US Champion and had some great matches that fans loved.

However, his recent run in the company proves how the Cco pulled the plug on his rise to success.

Triple H’s creative vision has no place for Austin...

Britain’s heartthrob, May, has been a professional wrestler for the past six years, but apart from her in-ring credentials, she is also a model and an actress. May started her wrestling career back in 2019 as an in-ring announcer.

May trained at Knucklelocks Gym in London and the Cacc Snake Pit in Japan, which played a crucial part in shaping her early days. Finally, in late 2023, May joined Aew as an admirer of Toni Storm. Mark Henry Has a Nugget of Wisdom for Triple H to Not Waste The Wyatt Sicks: “This is the time to do cinematic stuff”

If you’re like me, you’ve been captivated by every eerily engrossing moment of The Wyatt Sicks that we’ve been treated to on our screens. When they first arrived, it felt similar to a scene out of a horror movie, and that’s why we love them.

He is totally right, they can’t waste the opportunity of the Wyatt Sicks! They are not just a faction, they are a vibe to create different types of WWE storytelling.

John Cena has accomplished the unthinkable during his illustrious WWE career. He has won a record-tying number of world titles, lifted some of the biggest men in the industry, and dominated the business for more than ten years.

Nevertheless, many people in the WWE Universe rarely mention Cena when discussing the strongest wrestlers of all time. Unexpectedly, The Big Show is one man who vehemently disagrees with that viewpoint.

The giant claims that Cena’s strength is real, having seen it in the ring. However, things took an intriguing turn when another WWE legend openly contested Big Show’s viewpoint, igniting a new discussion among fans.

Roman Reigns is Lying About His Weight: Bradley Martyn Says Roman Cannot be 260 lbs Heavy

Roman Reigns stands as one of the most accomplished wrestlers in WWE history, leading the Bloodline and dominating the ring with legendary feuds and victories over countless superstars. A two-time champion, he holds the record for the longest championship reign in the promotion’s history at an incredible 1,316 days.

However, controversy recently arose when Raw talk host Bradley Martyn suggested that Reigns might be dishonest about his weight. Heaviest WWE Star of All Time, Yokozuna is a Lot Heavier Than Big Show and Mark Henry

We have witnessed several giants inside the WWE throughout its history. From Andre the Giant to Big Show to Mark Henry, there have been many monstrous and heavy wrestlers.

Though these wrestlers weren’t agile inside the ring, they entertained the audience with the sheer power and brutality that was inflicted on their opponents. Even though Andre the Giant was one of the most notable names in the WWE, he wasn’t the heaviest.

10 Best Wrestling TV Shows, Ranked

Wrestlemania season is the most wonderful time of the year for wrestling fans, particularly the ones who follow WWE. Spanning from New Year's Eve to around Easter Sunday, World Wrestling Entertainment will culminate their biggest storylines of the year and pay them off on The Grandest Stage of Them All. Though many will look at the Showcase of Immortals as the "season finale" of the long-running wrestling promotion's programming for that year, professional wrestling doesn't have an off-season. In fact, depending on which streaming services you subscribe to, you can find yourself watching in-ring action from a different promotion every single day of the week.

However, what if wrestling fans want to take a break from the squared circle in favor of more traditional shows? Obviously, there is a plethora of shows and genres to choose from, but maybe they don't want to stray too far from the world of "The Man" Becky Lynch,...

WWE has often been called the land of giants over the decades of its existence. The fans have often seen some of the most remarkable and talented in-ring competitors grace the squared circle. However, there has been one aspect that not only superstars possess, i.e, brute strength and power.

Some top names in that conversation include marquee WWE superstars like John Cena and Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson. In fact, Cena has been called even stronger than the Beast Incarnate, Brock Lesnar, known for his raw power in the ring. 'Just S**t the Bed': Will Forte Recalls MacGruber Flopping at Box Office 15 Years Later

Will Forte has looked back at his Saturday Night Live spinoff MacGruber bombing at the box office. The 2010 comedy infamously debuted to harsh reviews and subsequently underperformed at financially as well.

MacGruber was based on Forte's recurring SNL sketches in which he played a MacGyver-like hero whose attempts to diffuse dangerous situations almost always failed miserably. The SmackDown segment took everyone by surprise, as Johnson stated how they have left the bad blood in the past after WrestleMania Xl.

But what caught them off guard was how he proposed to Rhodes to become “his champion” for greatness. Thus, suggesting he switch sides and become his puppet. Though we’ve got to wait for his decision at the Elimination Chamber, three hotshots before him had accepted the offer when opportunity came knocking on their door.

'I Would Love to Be Wonder Woman': The Rock's WWE Star Cousin Talks Possible Move to Hollywood
Image
After rising to the top in the world of professional wrestling, Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson became an even bigger star when he made the transition to Hollywood. Nia Jax, a current WWE star and a second cousin of Johnson's, doesn't see herself making the same move.

Jax addressed a possible career switch to acting in Hollywood during a recent interview with Screen Rant. For her part, Jax feels comfortable with performing live as one of the stars of WWE, and as a "wrestling diehard," she's not confident she could be just as successful with an acting career. However, she respects her world-famous family member, who starred in the DC movie Black Adam, for pulling it off so well. She then shared that if she were to have her pick of any superhero role, she'd have to go with Wonder Woman.

A WWE title is a dream for all wrestlers, who strive for years to win them. However, the victory does not stop there as the winners also have to defend their title before the next one in line challenges their reign. While some wrestlers defend their titles for hundreds of days, some could not even last minutes.

This week in the USA, the social media platform TikTok was blocked due to privacy concerns. However, the platform was restored within the weekend due to the reported intervention of President-elect Donald Trump. Social media was rife with memes about things that lasted shorter than the TikTok ban and these WWE title reigns are some of them.

Ric Flair Says John Cena ‘Doesn’t Give a S**t’ About Record

“John Cena doesn’t want to break the record, he doesn’t give a s**t about that,” Ric Flair says. John is in a different world now. Wrestling will always be his passion, but he doesn’t care about beating (the record). I still think the biggest thing in the business, when it happens, it’ll be a real game changer, just like she is in real life, is her breaking the title record or even tying it. I...

10 Best Wrestler Cameos In Movies, Ranked
Image
Fans love to equate WWE programming to that of "cinema" but cinema is an entirely different beast compared to professional wrestling. That isn't to discredit professional wrestling by any means. It's live theatre, at its core, and theatre is a distant cousin to filmmaking, but nonetheless, movies present a unique challenge for in-ring competitors.

Not everyone is cut out for acting or moviemaking, wrestlers included, but those who have been able to transition their in-ring charisma into movies have always been bound for success. It may not necessarily be for a marquee leading role, but it could be for a show-stealing cameo that leads to more. After all, The Rock's small role in The Mummy 2 led to starring in The Scorpion King. He went from having tremendous WWE matches to mega-blockbusters. Which other WWE Superstars have made some notable cameos?

Chris Jericho, Montel Vontavious Porter (Mvp), Mark Henry,...

However, not everyone shares the same view of the actor, as the WWE star Dominik Mysterio, recently took a jab at Johnson’s film career, calling his feature film debut in The Mummy Return his only good work so far. It could be a risky move for Mysterio, especially with The Rock now positioning himself as WWE’s Final Boss.

"No Big Deal Whatsoever": WWE Hall of Famer Breaks Down Why Raw's Last Monster Standing Match Didn't Work
Image
Warning: Spoilers for the September 30, 2024 episode of Monday Night Raw!Despite the obvious appeal of seeing two 350-pounds monsters destroy each other and the arena in a Last Monster Standing match, one WWE Hall of Famer expressed disappointment in Raw's latest main event. Heading into the September 30th episode of Monday Night Raw, no storyline had become hotter than that between Braun Strowman and "Big" Bronson Reed. Rightfully so, their main event in a Last Monster Standing match was treated as one of the most eagerly anticipated TV wrestling contests in recent memory.

As heard in a recent episode of Busted Open Radio, Bully Ray, known to WWE audiences as Bubba Ray Dudley - inducted into the WWE Hall of Fame as a part of the Dudley Boyz, alongside D-Von - expressed the thought that the Last Monster Standing "fell a little short" of expectations. Bully Ray is not alone in his stance,...

Every Black World Champion In WWE History
Image
Wrestling fans have had a lot of discourse over the years when it comes to Black WWE Champions. That's because the number throughout history is quite small, despite the company being around for decades. To date, only six Black men and six Black women have held world singles championships in WWE. Plenty of others have held tag team and midcard titles, which makes the lack of World Champions even more shocking. It's a controversial topic for many longtime fans.

WWE wasn't even the first wrestling company to have a Black World Champion as their old rival WCW did it first when Ron Simmons captured the top prize in 1992. Thankfully, there were eventually several Black WWE Champions, and the number has grown significantly in recent years. Some of their top stars today, like WWE 2K24 cover girl Bianca Belair, are Black. That should mean the list of Black WWE Champions will...

Chris Jericho Once Brutally Slammed WWE For Disrespecting Veterans Like Sting & Paul Wight aka Big Show: “These Are Guys That Were Kind Of Almost Insulted…”

Chris Jericho Once Took A Dig At WWE For Disrespecting The Icons(Photo Credit –YouTube/Instagram)

It’s no lie that Chris Jericho made his entire career during his stint with WWE. He was one of the most prominent figures during the Attitude Era, and even later, he maintained his superstar status with his mic skills and entertaining persona. However, a few years back, he cut ties with the promotion and joined the rival camp, Aew. Ever since then, he has been vocal about the negatives of his ex-company.

Aew (All Elite Wrestling) was founded in 2019, and Tony Khan serves as its president and CEO. When this promotion was founded, it became a major attraction in the pro wrestling world, and several WWE stars jumped ship. The real shocker was witnessed when veterans like Jericho, Mark Henry, Big Show, and Sting joined Khan’s promotion.

Of course, there were some...

Dwayne Johnson Refused to Travel With His Old Friend and Tag Team Partner in WWE Because He Couldn’t Give Up His One Habit
Image
Since the February 2nd episode of Friday Night SmackDown, The Rock has made a return to WWE programming, hinting at his regular appearances leading up to WrestleMania 40. With that said, there was also a time when The Great One refused to travel with his old tag team partner, due to one big reason.

The Rock

Well, well, well, it seems that Dwayne Johnson might be allegedly misusing his powers in the WWE, and the act was witnessed by millions. However, it is unsure whether the statements were part of a story or whether The Rock was really threatening WWE stars. All we know is that things are about to get interesting.

‘Aew Dark: Elevation – Episode 75’ Review
Image
Welcome to this week’s review of Aew Dark: Elevation, the opening salvo in the Aew wrestling week. Once again we’ve got the duo of Tony Schiavone and Mark Henry on commentary this week… Let’s see what the show has to offer!

Match #1: Ruby Soho & Skye Blue def. Nikki Victory & Megan Meyers

My Thoughts: You would’ve expected a squash match here but that’s not what we got. Victory and Meyers instead held their own, for the most part, against Soho and Blue. I really dig Megan Meyers look – the horror fan in me can appreciate another genre fan for sure!

My Score: 2 out of 5 Match #2: Parker Boudreaux def. Casey Carrington

My Thoughts: Now This was a squash match! Former Nxt star Parker Boudreaux played the Brock Lesnar card and made short work of Carrington, who only got two hits in before Boudreaux finished him off.
