Masamitsu Hidaka was born on 19 October 1960 in Fukuoka, Japan. He was a director and assistant director, known for After War Gundam X (1996), Linebarrels of Iron (2008) and Pokémon: The First Movie - Mewtwo Strikes Back (1998). He died in March 2022.
