    August 12, 1949, he recorded the Swedish version of the French song "Maître Pierre" which was written in 1948 by Henri Betti (music) and Jacques Plante (lyrics). The Swedish lyrics were written by Gösta Rybrant and the title song became "Den Gamla Kvarnen". The recording took place in Stockholm with Sven Stiberg and his Orchestra.
