Ulises Gabriel Sanchez, better known as Billie Cartier is an Argentine rapper, songwriter and singer. He established himself in music in mid-2018. It was only in 2020 that he began to upload songs on a regular basis.

He was born in Corrientes, Argentina on December 26, 2001. He grew up with his family in the City of Corrientes, went to San Vicente de Paul School No. 155 and graduated from high school at Colegio Santísimo Sacramento.

As a child he had hobbies such as soccer, video games and music.

In a 2017, Ulises tells that he had found a folder with 6 rap songs made by himself in 2014, in a joking tone, of very low quality and without any sense. These songs were titled under the name "Fry Mc."

Also that year, in an interview on 5TV (Corrientes) He revealed his interest in making music, an idea which he called "a possibility."

In 2018, and under the name 70 SEVEN, the singer from Corrientes published his first trap single: "NO THANKS" via Instagram. Although it was later deleted since his Instagram account was hacked.

Officially in 2020 is the beginning of Ulises' career as an artist, although it would not be called Kidsan yet. He started by opening his Youtube channel under the alias MEELFY and releasing his first track "Batman" which was a Spanish version of Jaden's Batman.

After that he released singles such as Hijo de Sanchez, 545 (Freestyle), Realisad and Necesito dormir Remix which by June, would culminate his stage with the alias of Meelfy and would be renamed Uli where he would release 2 EP'S in the genre R&B and Alternative Music: "Dieciséis" and "Sigo haciendo música aunque no tenga dinero" with the production of the American Wetgropes.

In January 2022 she returns with the single of her first ep called "Sigo Haciendo Musica Aunque No Tenga Dinero" songs like this, "Domingo triste" and "Cabaña del Sur" would be the symbols of the style that Billie was looking for by that time, R&B, indie rock and bedroom pop music.

He released his EP "Sigo Haciendo Música Aunque No Tenga Dinero" of 10 singles produced by Wetgropes, Andruders, Champagne and Billie.

In February 2022, he released his single "Mil Emociones" which currently has more than a thousand views on Youtube, under the production of Fressh, and the beat made by Champagne.

This single would mark a before and after in his artistic career as he experiences a process of adaptation in the emotional trap and has reflected that he is open to many possibilities but undoubtedly it is an area he wants to represent.
