Griffen Davis Bier is a writer, director, actor, and improviser. In college, he joined UHOP, an improv group at the University of Redlands where he soon became the group's co-director. In 2018, he joined Synergy Theater's performance company, where they put on a variety of full-length improvised plays in a variety of genres.
At Academy of Art University, Griffen completed his MFA in Writing for Film, Television, and Digital Media. There, he wrote and filmed multiple short narrative features and served as head writer on the web series "Sons and Daughters". He concluded his studies by directing the short film "The Audience".
