Biography

Josiah Waites began doing entertainment in middle school and high school by rapping under various aliases, including Triple J, JayySlim, JayySlim the Kidd, and finally, Jayy Waites, but many of his classmates called him JayySlimmy. He stopped rapping; but as far as entertainment goes, he did not stop there. Before he stopped rapping, he also co-created the "Altered" 2022 television series with his friends Sandy and Ayo while still in high school. The show has been under development since September 2018 and has been available to read on Fandom since August 2022. Seeing a resemblance between himself and DC Milestone's Static Shock, Virgil Hawkins, Josiah aspires to become an actor and portray both Static Shock and his own character in Altered.
