Selam Emre Dagitmaz

Selam Emre Dagitmaz was born in Diyarbakir on 17.01.1992. He graduated from Bingol University Electronic Communication Technologies Department. After settling in Istanbul in 2015, he did his first professional job in 2017 while publishing his book, Beginning to Disappear. In 2018, he shot 2 amateur short films. He made his first professional shoot in 2019 with his short film IKILEM. IKILEM Short Film Lions has been among the top 20 films in the 10th International Short Film Competition. With his short film digital loneliness, he also managed to get four accolades at international festivals.

In the movie, MY INNER VOICE, whose shooting was completed in 2022; Selected for Student World Impact Film Festival, EUROPEAN INDEPENDENT FILM FESTIVAL and Hellbound Horror Festivals.

Received Silver award from EUROPE INDEPENDENT MOVIE FESTIVAL.
