Sonya Rao is a South Asian actress originally from Dallas, Texas. She began her career as a professionally trained dancer, studying at the Joffrey Ballet School and her home studio while placing in numerous competitions before earning a spot on the D1A University of Texas Dance Team. She has large, expressive eyes with a youthful look and speaks English & Telugu (a South Indian language).
