Lucas Arruda(IV)

Graduating from Massachusetts College of Art and Design in 2022, Lucas is an Independent Filmmaker and Video Editor in the greater Boston and Providence area. He works in Video & Media production during the day and takes on video editing projects at night. From filming educational course material to editing marketing content and commercial video deliverables, he has collaborated on various types of projects and initiatives. While creating and performing on a hand-full of short films throughout his time at MassArt, he made his directional debut with his thesis film "Malibu Soda", a queer experimental narrative filled with pop music video elements. He gravitates towards post-production work, and cinematography, and has a passion to direct & collaborate on more films and music videos in the future.
