Osi played Othello for the Royal Shakespeare Company in 2009. While touring with the RSC, understudying the role, he got his chance to play the complex central character at Newcastle's Northern Stage Theatre. He received rave reviews from the audience and cast alike.

Won the BBC Television Acting Talent Search in 2003 in London.

Was lead in Guinness Beer's 2008 and 2009 advertising campaign: This commercial was one of the most popular commercials in 6 major countries in Africa for the last 2 years. Osi played the leader of a gang of football supporters on a mission.
