Biography

Candace McAfee is a voice actor, improv and TTRPG performer, host, and casting director based in Fort Lauderdale, FL. They began studying stage acting and singing in grade school, growing into their craft before graduating from Florida International University in Miami, FL with two BAs. They returned to acting in online theater performances and made their way into voice acting, a natural fit for their unique and memorable voice. Her work in improv and TTRPGs led to a co-host position with the award-winning podcast and performance group 3 Black Halflings, as well as partnerships with Darrington Press, GenCon, Pinnacle Entertainment Group, Hunters Entertainment, Critical Role and more. They're passionate about diversity and representation in the arts, and strive to tell stories and create characters that any audience can connect with. When they're not working, Candace loves obsessing over pop culture, reading and collecting books, playing ukulele, and spending time with her two cats, Merlin and Momo.
