Biography

Corey Mathews is a former Combat Videographer (4571) for the United States Marine Corps, serving from 2017-2022. He graduated from the New York Film Academy in Burbank, CA earning his Bachelors in Fine Arts for Filmmaking in August of 2025. As a Cinematographer, Corey can adapt to any situation thrown his way. His style changes from project to project as he believes that his work should feel invisible to the audience as to not take them out of the story being told. He takes his experience as a Marine Corps Veteran and applies it to his work, making sure the image is the best it can be and executed in a timely manner.
