Walid Shahalami is a French-Afghan actor, trilingual in French, Dari, and English, known for his intense presence and powerful portrayals of complex characters.

He recently appeared in the acclaimed French TV series *Kaboul* (France Télévisions / Mediawan) as Ainullah, the charismatic yet ruthless Emir of the Islamic State, a pivotal role delivered in English and Dari. His performance alongside Eric Dane (*Grey's Anatomy*, *Euphoria*) and Shervin Ananlabi (*Tehran*) was praised for its linguistic authenticity and emotional depth.
