Vitalii began his career in 1986 as a mechanic of the 3rd category for the operation of TV equipment of Ukrainian television (Gosteleradio USSR). Since 1999 - director in chief of the TV company "New Channel". From 2003 to 2005 - Chairman of the Board of CJSC "Tonis". Bringing the niche channel to the level of self-sufficiency on the second year and increasing the share 4 times. In 2005, by the Decree of the President of Ukraine, Vitaliy Dokalenko was appointed to bet the President of the National Television Company of Ukraine. Under the leadership of Vitaliy Dokalenko, a number of successful television and social projects were created: the only Museum of Television in Ukraine; Congress of Heads of Information Services of European TV Channels - Members of the EBU (Yalta); Ukraine's participation in Junior Eurovision, Ukraine's participation in dance Eurovision; holding the Junior Eurovision Song Contest in Ukraine; significantly increased its own production, including the production of documentaries. 2008 to 2011 - General Director of "CITI" TV channel. The channel news in Kyiv was watched at the level of the large national channels news. 70 percent of the content was self-produced. Since 2010 - Head of Entertainment Projects Department at "1+1 Production". Under the leadership of Vitaliy Dokalenko such projects has been created "Wife Swap", "Voice", «From Ladette to Lady», "Hell's kitchen" (Ukraine), "Hell's Kitchen" (REN Russia), "Millionaire under cover" and many other TV programs. During this period, more than 70 projects were implemented, broadcasted by the group of channels "1 + 1". Since 2012 till July 2013 - Producer at "1+1 Production". Since July 2013, the head of his own production "Master Video". Production of TV programs for Ukrainian commercial TV channels. Produced his original format - restaurant reality "War of the Worlds", New Channel, Ukraine. , original reality format "Deputy undercover" for ICTV TV Channel) 2017- 2022, a member of the pitching commission at Ukrainian State Film Agency of Ukraine.
