Studio Ghibli Classic My Neighbour Totoro Confirmed For UK Re-Release In Cinemas This Summer
Image
What a time to be a Studio Ghibli fan! In recent months we've celebrated the legendary Japanese animation outfit's The Boy And The Heron scooping top honours at the BAFTAs, Oscars, and Golden Globes, seen the Royal Shakespeare Company bring My Neighbour Totoro beautifully to life at the Barbican Centre, and watched Spirited Away get the West End treatment too. Now, the Elysian Film Group and Anonymous Content have announced that they're collaborating to bring Totoro back to the big screen this summer with a re-release of Miyazaki's seminal 1988 family favourite in cinemas across the UK and Ireland. Check out the beautiful new quad poster for the film below;

Microsoft’s Activision Blizzard Deal Faces Long Odds After U.K. Regulator Blocks Merger, Analysts Say
Image
The U.K. Competition and Markets Authority has stunned Wall Street by issuing a ruling that blocks Microsoft’s proposed $68.7 billion merger with video game publisher Activision Blizzard on grounds the megadeal would enable the U.S. software giant to unduly dominate the nascent cloud gaming space.

Despite the U.K. roadblock, shares in Microsoft ended Wednesday up $19.95, or just over 7 percent, at $295.37 after the tech giant beat revenue and earnings estimates for its first-quarter results on Tuesday, while Activision Blizzard saw its share price tumble by $9.93, or 11.5 percent, to $76.81.

The surprise British regulatory ruling comes over a year after Microsoft,...
