Biography

She was born in Atlanta Georgia and lived most of her childhood and teen years in Ocala, Fl. She is the daughter of Acola Webb. She attended school in Ocala, Fl. as well as Ashland, Va. She graduated high school from Lake Weir High School and attended College at Central Florida Community College as well as Community College of The Air Force, where she received her Associate's degree in Avionics. She was active duty Air Force from 1988 to 1996. Her first acting debut was playing The Lady in Red in the stage play "For Colored Girls" .She is married to Jimmie Dewese and has 4 adult children, Justin Hinton, Davelle Allende, Lamont Downs and Dewandra Downs. She has 2 siblings, Scott Jackson and a twin, Terrance (Terry) Hinton. She has done numerous theatrical productions, to include various lead roles as well as short films and a TV drama series.
